What a horse with a big heart. He did not want anyone to pass him and would pin his ears back and pour on the speed. If you hadn't fallen you would have been right up there. Great ride.
My gosh you did so well! you and your horse took it all in your stride! I bet you were one of the last riders as that was a long run! What a shame about your fall, i wasn't expecting it as you jumped that hedge so well but my gosh they are big for the end of the course! well done!

Excellent..I did the Harborough ride near Melton Mowbray over 30 years ago and did something similar at the last there.The outcome was somewhat different to you,I had most of the back of my neck removed,two bits of my hip put in the front of it and hopefully the last op on my spine last July!! It was possibly the most exciting ride I ever had on a horse!!
