Not gonna lie when I unboxed the deck I really didn't want to set it up because it was just so beautiful, haha- even down to the ply combo! But it would be a waste not to, so I figured why the heck not.
Thank you again to Chris for gifting me the baby beast, it is seriously so cute. Hope you all enjoyed the vid xx

@@AnnieYan 100% it's all personal preference. But using the knife instead of dull metal like the backside of a closed pair of scissors. Idk lol I cant stand how frayed grip looks when people use files or knifes... but like you said it's all personal preference but me and you couldnt be on more opposite sides of the scale lol.
@@themannwithaplan My grip normally isn't frayed like that lol. it's usually quite clean but my knife was kinda dull so maybe thats it! Usually it's clean off haha
@@AnnieYan hey you may be right. It's totally possible to get a good clean cut with a knife but just takes a bit more finesse. I do believe ya tho because all your other boards grips look clean. (I had to double back and check) very nice setups tho I ordered the electrolyte fur stripe in the same drop. I just had to comment because I was laughing at how far our preferences are... the grip hole... bolts showing in grip... painted bolts... front cut knife grip style... all perfectly acceptable things to do for 99% of fingerboards... unfortunately I'm the 1% that gets tortured by every single video Haha.
@@AnnieYan that keyboard is mint tho. I'm a custom keeb nerd that follows taeha types like a religion. One look at it and I can tell you would love custom modded and lubed keyboards. Expensive but a sweet hobby.
