some more presentation on the technical aspect of the wifi function and streamvision2 app would be appreciated if y'all can do a sequel on that aspect of the pulsar products. And the talion is an outstanding scope, the hogs along this section of the Gulf Coast will venture into the rice fields at their own peril. Several have already learned that the hard way thanks to your company!
If you are new to thermals, you know it is hard to plop down a few thousand without some hands on experience instead of just surfing the inner web. These guys specialize in this stuff, and you can actually call and talk to one of them if you have questions or need more details. You can't do that with those stores, online or physical, that sell gun parts or camping equipment and everything else outdoor related. I have bought from them 3 times and highly recommend them. This is an unsolicited comment.
Thanks Danny! We appreciate your business and support! If you’re ever looking for a new night vision or thermal scope I know Jason would really appreciate your business!
No sir Outdoor Legacy doesn’t stock PVS14’s anymore due to the very low popularity with hunters now days. Helmet mounted thermals have pretty much taken the place of PVS14’s for most hunters.
It’s understandable that some people won’t use those features and we spoke with a thermal manufacturer about the costs of some of these features and we were told if they were all removed it wouldn’t lower the cost by more than $25 since the hardware is all so cheap now and the software has already been written. It’s sort of like buying a phone now days without a camera or the texting feature. It’s just so cheap to integrate it doesn’t make sense to not include it. The other issue is that 95% of people do want the features and the market has shown in the past that a scope without the features doesn’t sell anywhere near as well. Our advice is that if you don’t need/want the features just don’t use them. They all require you to turn them on to use them so if you don’t want to you don’t have to. Again we understand the request but we’re just at a point in time in the technology and consumer demand that it makes no logical sense to not include the features. And the Talion is a fantasist scope!
@@TheLateNightVisionShow Thanks for taking the time to reply and explain it, appreciated. I was briefly looking at another basic scope with same chip, think may have been ATN, also had a good write up. For me, quarry will be things like rats and possibly rabbitts ranges up to perhaps 30 yards so relativly close, image quality more important than features. Some very good kit on the market noe, amazing technology improvements over a relatively short time
We have the guy here in Australia hunt the night company has done a review and says you can’t tell the difference between a fox & wombat at 80 mtr ??? Is this right what have you guys found pls !!
Hey Danny if you’re purchased from Outdoor Legacy give the guys a call tomorrow. If not, call your dealer you purchased from and I’m sure they’ll be glad to help!
We’d say the Talion edges out the Vibe. Give us a call and we’ll be glad to explain the pros and cons of each model. We’d love to have your business. 877-350-1818
My pulsar always shuts off when I shoot, and the door is all the way closed and locked. Tried contacting Pulsar through e-mail and telephone leaving messages and have gotten no response. Love the scope but getting a response from them is horrible.
Pulsar had a software crash in December that set them back to the pen and paper days. They are finally working out of it but have been extremely back logged. Contact your dealer and they should be able to help. Thanks for watching
ATN is #1 on the list. We also don’t recommend Burris thermals. We would currently advise staying away from most of the small lesser known brands as well. Basically if it’s not AGM, Bering, Pulsar, iRay or N-Vision we’d say to avoid it. However that can change in the future, so that’s not advice we can say will last forever.
A very informative and comprehensive review as always gentlemen. Thank you!
I actually did wake up today and said I need to look into pulsar more before I pull the trigger on a thermal scope. Thank you for getting this up!

Thank you sir! Feel free to give us a call and we’ll be glad to explain more about the Steam Vision app. It’s pretty simple use.
As always informative! Thanks guys
I think I found a scope for the buddy system.

I just won one of thees in a raffle today! I’m excited to use it on some hog and coyote hunts here in Florida! Great informative video.
That is awesome!
This is the second review I've seen on this scope, I wish they did a base model without WiFi, video etc as I wouldn't use the features

any idea when the XG35 will be available?
No updates. I would suspect late fall at best. I won’t be surprised if it was even delayed until 2023. We’ll just have to wait and see.
I’m stuck between the pulsar xq38 and the agm adder
Which one would u say, better image quality, and the tool lasting longer ?
Please give Outdoor Legacy Gear a call at 877-350-1818

@@bwbw3647 how long until they come out with a Talion with the resolution of the thermion XP 50
@@trentonptacek3237 They are advertising a talion xg35 with a 640x480 sensor for $5,500 but I don't see any place that has it in stock
It hasn’t been produced yet and the pricing hasn’t be set in stone yet. I suspect it might be below $5,000

Is there any brands that you don't like and consumers should stay away from? There has to be a couple of brands that just don't perform well.........
