Mental Omega is a modification for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge created by Speeder and Mevitar. Version 3.x is the latest and final iteration of the mod, containing the most content.
Starting with version 3.3, the mod features four factions: the Allies, Soviets, Epsilon Army - which replaces Yuri - as well as one entirely new side, the Foehn Revolt. All factions have three subfactions, and unique stolen tech units.
Mental Omega 3.x divides its story into various acts, starting with a retelling of the Soviet invasion of the United States. So far, each faction has two acts with the exception of the Foehn Revolt, which has a shorter introductory campaign. Additionally, a number of cooperative missions are available too.

For some reason, this was the mission I had the most trouble with during my Normal mode playthrough of Act I, even more so than the more infamous missions.
I appreciate this mission too, once again "hypothetical Counterstrike-style expansion" vibes.

Irradiation applies a field to your vehicles and some infantry like Desolators and Tesla Troopers that damages enemy units near them but thankfully spares your own and your allies'.

There are a few Heavy Tanks scattered along the northern edge of the map that can be crewed with engineers. You can also get a Mammoth by blowing up the old War Factory.

Ah, I missed that. I love a good Mammoth, especially since you never seem to be able to build Mammoth/Apocalypse Tanks.

In mental omega the mammoth tanks are leagues better than the apocs I'm so happy the included both

In the middle of the battlefield, there is an abandoned Soviet base that contains an Old War Factory. If this War Factory is destroyed, an elite controllable Mammoth Tank will be revealed.
