The first air attack took out my construction yard. I never build AA before this because if the opponent does not build air then it is a waste of my resources and gives my opponents the advantage. Generally air is never a good strategy in Red Alert because it is very expensive and the resources could be used for other things which was one of the reasons my opponents lost that game. When my war factories went down I saw his planes go to my barracks. At the time I just assumed that it was going to be destroyed so switched my focus to attacking. I do realise that was not the case looking at the replay.
Should have read my comment to make sure it made sense. I never build AA unless I know for definite that my opponent has gone for air units. The first time I saw the air units was when they destroyed my construction yard.
It's very rare anyone uses Air in these games and the reason should be obvious if you watch this video. Look how many Heli Cyan had and it did him virtually no good as the Tanks came rolling in. Heli is only good in the mega maps as you can build unlimited and constantly replace.
How come you never used the repair button? I know it doesn't do much against a swarm of tanks but when you have no other production buying time matters
@@ZacktheReaper I use spacebar, because I use WASD hotkeys my thumb is constantly over the spacebar so I can repair in an instant and it's second nature now.
"Oh no, my teammate has gone!"
Wins.
Good game and impressive come back!
Thank you:)
That was lovely Tanya use in the back end of the game 😎 GG well played!
Thanks:)
No idea why my teammate left the match. It could have been unintentional due to disconnecting or something.
Maybe he saw you take over half the map in the time it took him to build 1 tank and thought 'Nah, Zack's got this one' 🤣
I feel he lost connection. This was just too random a moment to quit…
How many players (newish) could you beat on your preferred map? 3 vs 1, 4 vs 1??
It depends on the level of the players really. Even when players are new there is a big variation in skill. The most I have beat on my own is 3.
Ggs
Thanks:)
You were better off without Yellow he was a complete lemon anyway!
Necer surrender
Why didn't you build any AA?
Why didn't you use your barracks to build units when your construction yard and war factories were down?
He kinda did explain why TBF.. but yes in hindsight he should have

Or the H key
Its just a case of micro there is only a certain number of things I can do at one. Need to have a well placed hotkey for it which is easy to use.
