Yes; it has some sort of gyro in it. We’ve built several different designs and they fly great in calm or light winds … except the jets! Wind doesn’t seem to bother them! No. You can’t put this in your own plane UNLESS it is ridiculously light like these, is only TWO channel, AND uses one of these transmitters. Anyway, that’s my take on all this.
How it is possible that it has stable flight? Is the controller that "smart"? Can I have my own plane model and use the controller without any previous configuration/programming?
