Are these two codes the only codes on this lock or is there a super-secret third code in there still that isn't reset with this procedure? I guess we will never know and now we can't trust these locks or the companies that install them on their safes and secure containers. It's funny how when trust is broken it is nearly impossible to get it back.
The SafeLogic series safe lock only has capacity for 2 codes. Performing this procedure will reset both codes back to factory default. The two codes will be as follows: Manager code will be 111111 and the User code will be 123456.
I have two Cannon vaults they have the NL lock. Can I install your locks on my Canon vaults. Or is there a way to wipe the master code from a NL lock. I don’t see the reset hole I even took apart the lock there’s no buttons on the circuit panel.
Why would the makers of SECURAM provide tech info on products by another firm? Refer to the manual that came with the safe, or go to the LaGard ( Dorma-Kaba ) site and download the PDF. You would do well to hire a professional, as the safe likely has not had annual recommended service..... most safes NEVER get any preventive service at all. Hence... lockout failures.
Showing us videos without the lock being on a safe does not help us understand what to do, especially if the lock has been already installed and the user wants to do some thing like use a different lock, reset the lock, or enroll passwords and fingerprints. Please consider using a safe with the lock already installed and showing us how to set the lock up for the first time as well as reset the lock, or enroll passwords and fingerprints.

Will this reset the manager code if it has been retained by the safe manufacturer?

Mine looks different than this and it doesn't have a reset button. Yet I lost my passcode. What do I do?
