Here's mine, Similar to that of cacophony, I like this word describing a bad handwriting - "cacography". However, I prefer the other word with same meaning- "griffonage". I relate to these words more than anything, for I have a scrawling handwriting, to my chagrin. Hope you feature the second one, coz it is more nice sounding to me.

Make a list of words on your phone. Refer to it from time to time.
Hey! One of my friends maintains a diary for the same and she copies down the words in a new one annually. Her vocabulary is quite fantabulous.
