- I know this wasn't the best Ace of Spades, but to me, it was the built the best, and ran the best. BTW This is probably the first screen record I've made at 60fps, with Dxtory too. Do you remember seeing me in this game? My name was BigbirdmonsterXD, and my friend was SmokeydabearXD. BTW the youtuber kiandymundi was our main rival. whenever we joined the same match as Kiandy, him and his friend would copy our usernames. (probably because we used the out of bounds glitch a lot 😆) . Then we'd battle it out, whoever won were the best Miners.

Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM SATA (I use this in my OG xbox)
GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-UP4 FM2 AMD A85X (This motherboard is in storage)
AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) *in retrospect, a bad choice of cpu to pair with the 660 TI. (This cpu was put inside my parent's computer for a while, and then it died.
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB 1796 MHz (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM (probably lives on in one of my ghetto server builds somewhere)

One of my biggest regrets in life, not playing this game when it was around. I really wish I could have gotten my hands on it, especially this version. I know it's not the ace of spades everyone loved, but I grew up watching videos of people playing this version, especially the zombies and loved it.

Yes, I was worried I was the only one! The Jagex version of Ace of Spades will always be my favorite, I've always had trouble wording it. Totally stealing your description next time I'm talking about it! This game was so much bloody fun, it had everything I ever liked ever put into one package. Loved building tunnels and big prefab sky bridges that got totalled. Favorite story is the fake CTF flag icons people would build, I remember falling for a few of those! This game was the best
Glad to hear from another person who loved this game. I'd love to be able to play this game again, even offline. I hope this is fixed one day, and that someone figures out how to get past the main menu now that the servers are off.

Would be nice if the game allowed community servers at least. Jagex dropped the ball on this one.

sadly no, with the main server being off, nothing works in this game except for the menu. I just launched the game to see if I could load into a map but sadly nope.
I've actually never played this version of AoS. atleast the 0.75 beta is still somewhat active

This isn't ace of spades, it has different graphics, and it was never deleted/canceled, it was just removed from steam. The game was renamed to buildandshoot and you can download it still, the original version is the buildandshoot launcher and the fan made launcher is openspades(it has better graphics, but I don't like it) i hope this comment had meaning
I forgot to put battle builder on the title. Yeah I remember, b&s, and i know of openspades.
I don't consider them replacements for battle builder though because battle builder has classes, different guns, more gamemodes, and cool maps. So sadly, yes ace of spades battle builder is dead and delisted.
