Not that I know of, I believe you would need the .cik key for the xvd. Which maybe only the game devs have. If you can, message me on discord about this build, if I can help dump it, I will.

@@robbyjvc no problem. It works on an XDK. But on Xenia the keyboard doesn’t work at all from what I tried. I see you are using rgloader though so atleast you will be able to unlock em haha have fun dude. I’m trying to figure out how to get rockband 2 working on an XDK as whenever I try extract the iso so I can patch the xex for a devkit. It is missing 2gb worth of content and none of the music is in game :p

@@robbyjvc Thank you very much. I’m just looking to fetch me a CRT for the OG Xbox and can’t decide if I need a 480p one or not. Seems like 480i through component looks clean enough. Although mine’s a 1.0 and as far as I know its video encoder (which is a Conexant) is notorious for being worse than PS2’s at 480i. Everybody seems to recommend sticking to progressive signals with the earlier revisions of Xbox.

@amalek.92 if you go for a 480p crt then it'll be either a pc crt monitor, professional monitor, or a hd crt. Pc/pro Crt monitors are small which can be nice or bad (headaches, eyestrain, but also they're more portable and better geometry than tvs). I've never used a hd crt before so can't say what they're like. I find large >=27" crt TVs are the best for least eye strain but geometry gets worse the larger you go, and you get imperfections in the corners a lot of the time, and most later era tvs that aren't Sony cannot have their rings adjusted to fix that. On 480i displays with Og xbox I recommend modding it and disabling the flicker filter. If you use xbmc4gamers it's somewhere in the settings.

Not for Xbox one games. For Xbox 360, yes via Xenia or a modded 360 on the 360 package.

No, not with these exploits. You can't inject games into the 360 emulator yet either.

If you have online then you can install it from the store. Otherwise theres no way to sideload it or install it while offline, wish there was cause my adv file explorers (full trust) are broken.

@@robbyjvc Mine is offline nowadays. Can we grab a license file and put under clips folder? There's a guy on youtube who made an "alternative" adv file, but didn't share his solution or file to download

That won't fix the issue I'm having, but maybe if you've downloaded in the past on the console, cause licenses are console specific.

I dont think ksamj is keeping adv full trust to themselves. If you dont already have it, they cant give it to you. Also so far nobody in the xbox scene discord has brought up a way to side load apps with full trust permissions, i bet ksamj would share this if they knew

Sonic Mania had some option for a shader but it didn't do anything. This Xbox 360 video was dumped from a Xbox one digital title.

You can also dump games with these exploits and obtain the raw files for the games. Don't think that was ever possible before.

@@robbyjvc that might be something worth seeing tbh but even then executable are encrypted and signed and the kernel is also encrypted to an extent and signed this isn't a hypervisor exploit so the chances of running a actual game are 0 also is it possible to use a modded game...? No... Lmao.......... How would you mount the game and launch it with the hypervisor watching? Lmaoo

@IcyModz420v2 not yet but there are some practical uses. xbox backward compat titles contain the updated xefu og xbox emulator for xbox 360. You can dump these files and use them on a hacked xbox 360 for greater og xbox compatibility.

@@robbyjvc that's great but the modded files already allow every xbe to run and even unsigned original Xbox code also xefu will need to be patched and released for use on an RGH for unsigned code so actually as of now that emulator cuts compatibility by over half only a hundred or so games are even supported lol

Hopefully the consolemodswiki owner puts up a guide for it soon, they said it fixed the double vision issue with Kung fu fury. I dumped a xbone x360 back compat game , extracted it from it's SVOD container and played it on my rgh 360, so maybe it would work without resigning? My 360 is also running rgloader so dev kernel, might make a difference? Someone in the xbox scene discord said the xex are signed for development kits, do you know if a freeboot/non dev kernel rgh system run those?

Hm what dashboard version are you on? Im playing the game on a dev nand, maybe it requires a devkit kernel?

@@robbyjvc yes that's true i did some research and i found that some dev/prototype games only work on X360DK/Xenia but in Xenia the gameplay is a black screen

I have plex and emby in my series s and series x. Didn't feel like installing them to this one s before taking it offline. There were only 4-5 days to grab everything on firmware 4478.

Follow the instructions in the 1fichier download, read both .md files. You will have to use the run.exe from the 1fichier download, replace the one in your exploit foldet with that. Then follow the resign instructions.

Youll need the dotnet binary for x86_64 on a usb drive, put it all in the folder on the root of the usb namrd "dotnet". Also maybe join the xbox scene discord

Not possible to sideload games. Only apps with this exploit. Would be cool to backup my own games and play them though, or play delisted demos

Download it from the 1fichier link in the description. It was put together by tux user, whos a part of the xbox one research team. In there read the .txt file for resigning appxs.

Ok actually the readme files are .md files (markdown). If nobody was going to make a tutorial then i could but KsamJ also knows how to do this, and he's going to make a tutorial soon.

Basically but you can also dump games with the vermintide 2 exploit after running the gs exploit. This is pretty difficult though and I haven't successfully pulled it off yet, mainly because it can corrupt the game you're dumping, corrupt vermintide 2, or you need to expand the partition on the hdd to make the game that you're dumping fit (due to how the dumping exploit relies on swapping the vermintide 2 disk image with the game you're dumping).

Dev mode is a little overrated because we can play emulators on PC. The Xbox 360 online store is being shutdown so one day the same will happen to the Xbox one meaning no dev mode and no apps. When Xbox one and series x is considered retro, it would be good to have emulators for these systems in the future. We only have emulators for dev mode because previous consoles have been exploited.

To my limited understanding, with xbox one the os the game runs in is packaged per game. If the game uses era os, then yes you can dump it. If the game uses the gdk, then you can mount it but not dump it.
