Hi April, I've been through a break up as well 4 years ago and it also became complicated after that, I thought we had a second chance pero mas lalo lang gumulo and I almost lost my self-worth and self-respect but I was able to finally move on 2 years ago lang. During those days I thought I would never really make it to recover from the pain and all the brokenness but thankfully by God's grace kinaya naman. Yung sa'yo medyo fresh pa and of course yung pain na you thought he is someone na that you would marry but you can get through this, it will pass, just live it one day at a time, no pressure with the moving on process that you need to undergo but there is light at the end of the tunnel. so relatable even though I'm turning 25! I got bullied before in my elementary, I don't have much friends and I feel left out with 3-4 people. Even today, its hard to say how I feel but I'm a people pleaser too. Not a user friendly though. I don't use others but I'm happy if they use me(before), just to be in the circle. But I realized that birthdays, or hanging out with people you don't even feel comfortable or you feel like you don't belong, does not matter. Self care is what I needed and to do that, I just have to water with love first, not to be pressure with what others have for the moment. We all have different speed, different difficulties to deal. And what is easy in others is not the same for you, what's hard on other's is not difficult for you.

I am nearly to pass my resignation from work because I thought I cannot handle the toxic environment and toxic people at work causing me more toxic, anxiety and depression lately. The other night, I cried and talked to God to talk to me and give me a sign if I am going to push my resignation then I opened my Bible says " Ang karunugan ay higit na mabuti kaysa kalakasan. At ang kaalaman ay kapangyarihan. Ang digmaa'y maipagtatagumpay dahil sa mahusay na pagplaplano sapagkat ang tagumpay ay bunga ng mabuting payo." It's like God really talking to me because my Mom came into my room saying "Wag mo silang initindihin as long as nagsasabi ka ng totoo. Kung magpapaapekto ka sa kanila ikaw ang talo". And then until again I watched this I feel like God is not yet done talking to me thru your vlog like giving the "mabuting payo" as what the bible says. Thank you Miss Heart. I really agree with all your life lessons but my favorite would have to be the last one because that's the same thing I told someone important to me. If something is already difficult, you have to look for a way to get around it especially if it's something necessary like a job by choosing to be positive. It's not plain false positivity, because you're still acknowledging what's causing you that difficulty, but instead looking at it at a different angle. You really have to help yourself in whatever process you're into. But of course, if it's something that harms you already in such a way that your physical or mental health is affected, you should learn how to step away from it or better yet, try to ask for help. I really think that you're such a wise woman Ms. Heart and you just continuously show that by just being yourself. I’m 23 now turning 24 in a month and I’m still learning more things about myself. I can see that there’s some things are changing, what I like, what I love to do, and all. But at the end of the day its important that I know who I am and that will guide me to achieve my goals ❤️
The first lesson really makes me struck because I grow up having few friends and as a teen I'am not active in social media because I'm just not interested. As time goes by I feel so outcasted because people around me is so active in social media and they are always so happy and they always go out and I just feel so sad and insecure because my circle of frieds only revolve around my family and my bestfriend is my cousin who's same age as me. So it's just okay having few friends as long as it's a healthy relationship and we help build each other up.

I got bullied before in my elementary, I don't have much friends and I feel left out with 3-4 people. Even today, its hard to say how I feel but I'm a people pleaser too. Not a user friendly though. I don't use others but I'm happy if they use me(before), just to be in the circle. But I realized that birthdays, or hanging out with people you don't even feel comfortable or you feel like you don't belong, does not matter. Self care is what I needed and to do that, I just have to water with love first, not to be pressure with what others have for the moment. We all have different speed, different difficulties to deal. And what is easy in others is not the same for you, what's hard on other's is not difficult for you.

I am nearly to pass my resignation from work because I thought I cannot handle the toxic environment and toxic people at work causing me more toxic, anxiety and depression lately. The other night, I cried and talked to God to talk to me and give me a sign if I am going to push my resignation then I opened my Bible says " Ang karunugan ay higit na mabuti kaysa kalakasan. At ang kaalaman ay kapangyarihan. Ang digmaa'y maipagtatagumpay dahil sa mahusay na pagplaplano sapagkat ang tagumpay ay bunga ng mabuting payo." It's like God really talking to me because my Mom came into my room saying "Wag mo silang initindihin as long as nagsasabi ka ng totoo. Kung magpapaapekto ka sa kanila ikaw ang talo". And then until again I watched this I feel like God is not yet done talking to me thru your vlog like giving the "mabuting payo" as what the bible says. Thank you Miss Heart. Continue to inspire and spread love and positivity!

I really agree with all your life lessons but my favorite would have to be the last one because that's the same thing I told someone important to me. If something is already difficult, you have to look for a way to get around it especially if it's something necessary like a job by choosing to be positive. It's not plain false positivity, because you're still acknowledging what's causing you that difficulty, but instead looking at it at a different angle. You really have to help yourself in whatever process you're into. But of course, if it's something that harms you already in such a way that your physical or mental health is affected, you should learn how to step away from it or better yet, try to ask for help. I really think that you're such a wise woman Ms. Heart and you just continuously show that by just being yourself. I hope you grow more into a woman with a prosperous mind and heart for the people around you, those you want to help, and of course for your self. LUVVV 🥰✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The first lesson really makes me struck because I grow up having few friends and as a teen I'am not active in social media because I'm just not interested. As time goes by I feel so outcasted because people around me is so active in social media and they are always so happy and they always go out and I just feel so sad and insecure because my circle of frieds only revolve around my family and my bestfriend is my cousin who's same age as me. So it's just okay having few friends as long as it's a healthy relationship and we help build each other up.
