I'm a bit confused. I've heard you mention in other commentary that everyone missed the boat on Dallas if you didn't buy 10 years ago because prices have gotten so expensive. Now it sounds like you're saying appreciation is a good thing, even if it may be approaching bubble territory? I believe your target price investment properties are approximately $50K - $150K if I'm not mistaken, so are you still able to get this in Dallas? Looking for a bit more consistency in your message thanks.
