Foreals 21 free throws for Embiid in one game is just embarrassing many of those touch call fouls ruins the game and itching and crying for calls and flopping like LBJ is just as embarrassing like dude you want the most stacked roster cry about it when you lose that you don’t have enough help and don’t have a star studded roster and you beg for foul calls.

This lakers team is good not great .. what’s confusing to me is that they had essentially the same roster and got swept by this nuggets team 10 months ago .. what made them think around the organization something would change this year ? You came back with the same core .. the only way the lakers went far in this years playoffs was avoiding the nuggets and hoping someone else took them out which isn’t a recipe for success.

The Nuggets lost Bruce Brown, who was a beast in the playoffs last year. The roster of the nuggets was better last year, so the chances of LA in this year maybe were slightly better than last year, but obviously the Nuggets without Bruce Brown still is the better team with overall better players, the better coach, great team chemistry, high basketball IQ and the mindset of the reigning champ.

Keep it 100 It is impressive that Embid had that kind of scoring performance. That said if the game was remotely called right it wouldn't have happened. Between the fouls and the free throws. He's received help hitting those numbers. He was injury hunting and you can't say I was protecting myself but then go right back to being unapologetic. You did what you did to win. So be it. But call it what it is.

Delo at least kept it close game 2. Others like AR and Rui were not enough help. They miss lay ups, give bad fouls, and are confused on defense. Coaching is not good.. Ham needs an energy drink after half. Bonehead mistakes means bad guidance and not enough targeted practice. Foul calls during crucial turning points are cause for complaints especially against a team that u have to be perfect against.

Bontemps is doing a lot of complaining about the Lakers, but didn't he, along with all the ESPN analysts besides McMahon, pick the Lakers to beat the Nuggets in the series?

With Embid's double vision, seeing two baskets, he just took the easier of the two shots. Are all the negative Embid comments from Knicks fans? I didn't see the entire game as there was another event going on called the NFL draft.

That 76ers game was terrible. I was so f'ing bord because it felt like every 2 seconds there was a trip, eye scratch, timeout, tv timeout, review, complaining every time there was a call etc. I turned it off at half because of it. The nuggets game was great again

There is no denying Joel Embiid is a great shooter /scorer. Equally undeniable is his dirty play and foul grifting. He has injured players flopping and destroyed his own teammates. Careers end because of players like him flopping. And you praise him?

Windy, you should really be ashamed of yourself. Praising him for a historic performance that anyone with sound logic would know he shouldn't have been available to play. Clearly, their game plan was to try and win by any means. Two kicks to the nuts by Embid. A non basketball play that could've really ended badly for Mitch. He got 50pts off 21 ft attempts. Clearly foul hunting, which is what you claimed Brunson to be doing, but no mention about Embid doing that. I can't tell if y'all don't like the Knicks or just gush over Embid so bad. Terrible, and they're still going to lose the series.

These guys never learn. They see Embiid demolish the Wizards and Spurs and then jump on the Philly hype train every year. Zach Lowe and KOC are the same.
They want to see Embiid do well so that their picks look better. That's why they give him such favourable coverage.
