On 04-06-2024, I followed all the guidelines provided by Groww to ensure the same day NAV for my mutual fund investment. I adhered to the specified timelines. Despite this, I was allocated units at a higher NAV. Your stand as platform is of no use when you cannot stand on your own guidelines.
Same happened with me I request Groww to look into the matter 😢

Your repeated deflections and lack of accountability are frustrating and disappointing.

I'll place order on time 2pm se phle fir bhi inhone next din ka nav deya ..m baat kr rha hu 4th june ki ..due to market crash mene mota pesa mf m lagyaa tha prr NAV next din ki dene se mujhe 4..5% ka banifit km huaa ...plzz mind this and fix this other wise I'll shift anywhere else...for my future mf investment.... your costumer care told me ki aapko update kr denge or aapko 4th june ka hi nav milega prr aasa abi tk to huaa nhi..... how total expense ratio is deducted? is it daily deduction from investor's portfolio?
Yes it's deducted daily if expense ratio is 1% per annum then everyday 0.00273% will be deducted. All the returns that you see are after deductions of expense ratio only.

I invested before cutoff time of 2pm on 4th June 2024 , yet i was alloted nav of 5th june . Don't ask me to email , i have already done it 5 times and you just keep blaming BSE that's all . If you really want to correct your mistake correct my MF NAV or just compensate me with the amount of profit i would have made calculating difference between 4th and 5th june nav directly into my groww balance.
