To me what i believe is the most important factor for declining Fertility rate in Kashmir valley particularly is that youth is stressful here, they are career conscious, they have nothing to do else than competing for a govt job, with no private sector youth faces a lot of financial challenges, Govt might have other priorities, but i don't think there is any other priority then curbing the unemployment rate here in J&K in particular because we are having the highest unemployment rate, that leads to stressful life and hence, the repercussions.

We should talk and debate about these issues. Our fertility rate is declining and if we dont do anything about it we disaapear.
