37:20 Who pays for the process of sending the credits to translator, translating and then mailing to NCARB? My original school (back in Panama) would be completely puzzled and the secretary would basically tell me that they can't do that just because she does not know what I am talking about. I would have to go to the Dean of the school to prep such an odyssey for the school. Some schools are just not set up for that, and they don't understand it. Saying the school "can" send those is not the same as saying the school "must" or "has" to send those. So the candidate can transport the sealed envelope himself until mailed to NCARB or does it need to be mailed by the translator (if it needs translation)?
Hi Ramiro, it would be up to the applicant to pay for the cost of translations and mailing. Your school would need to send the sealed transcript to the translator, who would then send the translated transcript to NCARB. Hello! I started the process many years ago, for personal reasons I withdraw it. But the good news is the UCV transcripts and Diploma were recognized back then as a Bachelor in Architecture. I imagine same thing happens if you are from the Simon Bolivar U. Good luck! Don’t listen to negative people who encourage to quit, they want to scare away prospect competitors. I have Venezuelan friends who have gone it and are successful Architects! Good luck
