Damn this lap was spicy!!! Need to watch it several more times! Too much to watch….the line, the G meter, speed, pegged tach down the back, the decel in braking! Awesome work man and machine!!!
Definitely looks so well balanced that, even when the car is (by his own words) not setup for the current power level & he is pushing hard, it doesn't instantly fully overcome traction/do anything unpredictable as the limit is 'danced around'
How was the C6 that's also in a unlimited class hold the track record for RWD at COTA with a 2:08 over this car at 2:13, that's a pretty wide margin isn't the NSX better or C6 is? But beautiful NSX regardless.
I saw that, surprised the C6 had such a ridiculous record beating all records for production street car RWD class at COTA. But this NSX is sweet, classic JDM legend props to owner tearing it up with it and not babying it.
I just love the fact that the fastest street class car in the US is still rocking a manual transmission if this thing goes to limited class this thing will be unstoppable
Damn! Same time as Cable’s Viper!! Looks like you’re topping out right before the braking zone on the back straight. Might have to raise the redline for the ridge. Not sure which straight is longer.
So sorry for the delay! It's been an insane coupe months. I plan on finishing up the cota vlog this week and then switching to a more relaxed weekly shop update vlogs with some of what we have going on. Thanks for following along!
wait dude, what is the blue bar above the throttle %? I am trippin trying to figure it out lmao also, insane like usual & once again you firmly confirmed I made the right choice turning notifications on :)
Considering we run out of gear for about 100 yards of the back straight, I wouldn't call it way too short. With a larger diameter tire gearing would actually be perfect. With that said, we have the longest gear offered by Samsonas and it matches all of the tracks we go to quite well.

That shift from 6th to 2nd. Now that’s a man that knows his car 😍
@@RSFuture I noticed this too. What does
@@JesusismyRedeemerandLord its 3 hearts
Absolutely insane, this car setting the benchmark. Hoping for a smooth sailing season with no problems!
Thank you! We hope so too haha

speaking of which, do you happen to know what the blue bar is representing? above the throttle %
Thanks, Sean!
What a lap and 160mph on those straights is INSANE!!!! Congrats man!
Car finally has some power!
That thing looks fun as hell to drive!

It’s a fun and wild ride!

Ferocious car and a savage lap! That NSX sounds awesome being driven on the limit
Hell yeah Amir! Congratulations on winning SLB @ COTA! Finally!!!!

What a lap... The new turbo is an absolute beast in your car, Amir. My car should be ready to test in mid-June.

Definitely a handful now. Haha. Thank you!

I love the manual in it as well! It'll be our last year in street class. Time to evolve!
Hell yeah
❤️❤️
Holy crap what a lap!
Thanks man!
Nice Driving!
Thank you!
This is insane man. Next year i will be back without fire ahhahaah, i almost had you, you are only 23 seconds faster than me ahhhhahha
Next year you’ll be 24 seconds faster! Haha
@@RSFuture ahahha ahaaha may god listen to you my man. Ahah see ya soon
Crazy fast!!!! I’m over here trying to be faster than 2:50 lol
Personal goals are huge. Keep pushing!

New transmission with proper gear ratios coming!
Definitely in the 2:12s with a little taller gearing for that back straight.
Edit: Oh wait, you lost sixth gear? Damn
👏👏👏
In this set-up on this video what are your gear ratios and final drive ratio?
Great lap looks fun. What is the blue bar above the throttle ?
Oil pressure! The video is mainly for us to reference, but we figured we’d share it with data
Still working on your new setup ?
Or too busy to go for track day these days ?
Waiting for your next uploads man

Is right side intake temps I’m assuming ?
Right side is oil temp. It seems like the sensor is starting to fail with how it is jumping though.
Changed to the 0.83 AR yet or is with 1.01?
This was with the 1.01

also, insane like usual & once again you firmly confirmed I made the right choice turning notifications on :)
I appreciate that! And blue bar is oil pressure. It’s an easy way to see if there are certain troublesome corners
just more streamlined than phd supra, with less hp, cant imagine if this was same hp would probably be in the 2:12s
We had data for a 2:12 as is. We can get quite a bit more power out of it, but I don't think we'll be returning in to SLB in street class to find out.
This car could go even faster with more development. Especially through the corners.
Gearing too short for the long straight, interesting line so different from f1
Unfortunately we run out of gear right before the braking zone. They don't make longer gears for our gearset, so we're stuck for now.
Vtec
Yeet
You mean Europe or Japan got faster street cars? Hard to imagine xd
that gearing is way too short for Cota

Thanks man! We have a building coming for limited. Plans for the NSX are in the works!
@@RSFuture Is it the H-pattern Samsonas?
Actually Feras switched to sequential about a year ago, he's no longer manual, but he did take the fastest production street car ever overall at COTA.
