Just crazy, it’s a God thing. I just watched J.R.’s story a few days ago. What a blessing he is and his story is so encouraging and brave. He is someone the young kids should look up to and aspire to be. I know it didn’t show the downside of his struggle to try to walk again and what he mentally endured, but the never give up attitude is something we should all inspire to do.

    Dear Mr. Brisby,
It would be super sick if you gave us a short video how someone would let's say, hypothetically keep a hat on their head during high speed horse maneuvers, bovine frolicking, horned species bucking, sound barrier breaking on a side-by-side, to name a few?
    Thanks!

For whoever has never read the book WE POINTED THEN NORTH the real life story of TEDDY BLUE[a cow puncher] .It should have been required reading in high school instead of broke back mountain. I particularly liked the obvious admiration that Teddy had for the Northern Cheyenne people and their conspicuous bravery and valor as they came thru Kansas being pursued by the US cavalry who could not keep up.heading north to Montana their home. They killed 14 of Teddys fellow cowboys that sought to prevent the Cheyannes from their trek north to escape the tyranny of the reservation. What did Teddy have to say about that?He said if he was a Cheyanne he would have done the same thing. And boy could they ride!!! and shoot arrows!! Unfortunately they were forsed to run their horses to death in the escape.Warriors/scouts were sent bout ahead to procure food [cows] and new[fresh] horses. If you like horses and the knowledge of them you will love this book. Teddy was cowboy before tents. Before that f they got caught in the open by a hailstorm they took shelter UNDER their horse. They lived in the saddle!! Most had two horses to use everyday. Teddy Blue had one he used for river crossings. It should be required reading at Winnebago along with learning how to put a rope in a circle around your bed to keep the rattlesnakes away. And what is your bed? A blanket and you pillow the saddle. Whew those guys were tough!! So were the Cheyanne people.!!

Dale I have a young man we’re working with through our nonprofit called Courtlynns Compass. This young man wants to be a Cowboy when he grows up. He has Aplastic Anemia and isn’t doing very well was wondering if you might be interested in helping us give him a good day by a video chat. It’s not a scam we are a legit 501c3 nonprofit any help greatly appreciated

If in the pen already , Alberta just squeeze pens them, way easier, cleaner brand spot so no dirt, can freeze brand / hot brand then, ear tag, implant, treat assesses, any other issue that may come up. 54 pens , 200-400 head each pen. Long days, ropings more for catching loose livestock on the road, or containing a situation, pen checkers carry one if horseback.for the ones that won't be cut out easily. Into the alleyways, then hit next pen, run all the to be treated ones up to squeeze pen, treat, then repeat, easier to keep up in a pen near the treating area. Bridge over box. When antibiotic, penprol , ECT. Been administered full term with hand written dates of administered meds. With regard to faze out days kept in mind, normally a certain colour ear tag for treated animals with date written on to note when meds are no longer a residual risk. That same date written on tag, is the tag cut off day, then it can be sent shipping days no concussion, dates always on tag. Penprol in a street or heifers sold residual medication can kill humans with antibiotic allergic reactions, thousands of folks allergic to penicillin, residual meat will cost you your farm, records are best kept up to day for administered animals.
