Is there creatine in the Baja blackout or no because I don’t know weather if I should by the pre workout and the creatine or if the pre has creatine in it just get my source of creatine from the pre workout?
Blackout doesn’t have creatine in it. If you’re taking creatine and a pre workout has it too if I take the preworkout I’ll use that as my creatine for the day

the way you described Ring Pop, and Blackout, it seems like Blackout should be ranked higher. I'm confused on how you based your ranking.
Based on taste, nutrition facts and intra workout ranking. If you watch the full reviews of the pre workouts I break everything down. This is just a quick overview. The ring pop taste was much better and the nutrition facts and intra workout were equal basically. I was just disappointed that the nutrition profile wasn’t better than it was. Pretty much hits the same as blackout
Do u think the ring pop pre workout didn’t hit because your tolerance is high from the previous pre-workouts you have taken or it really just doesn’t have the necessary ingredients needed to hit good?
Its not my tolerance I usually don't take super high stims regularly and this one had more caffeine then my daily preworkouts. If you look at the nutrition facts its pretty clear to see that the citrulline is under dosed, the cognitive enhancers are extremely under dosed. The caffeine is high, but that's it
Bro he’s literally taking pre workout with dmaa which is banned in preworkouts now that’s why
I haven’t had a DMAA preworkout in 3 months or so. You make it sound like I take high stim crazy pre workouts everyday….And it wasn’t just from a caffeine standpoint that it didn’t hit. Which I explained in the video a number of times

What’s the difference between loaded pre and pre workout?
the loaded pre has citrulline while the blackout pre workouts they have has nitrates for the pump

Some of the Ryse products do some don’t. I’ve done individual reviews on Al of them and I go over their nutritional panel as well
