The sound & lighting was great! Really showcased great performances by both bands! Both bands played my fave song (from each)
Then they brought back The Warning for the collab as the finale! Best concert ever! dbl ♥

What I would advise Band-Maid or any band that would show a pre-release like this to add a disclaimer in English stating this is not to be released as a reaction video. That would be of great help to UA-cam reactors.

let’s also remember that the Band Maid girls are in their early early 30s, and have been together for 11 years. They are veterans. The Warning girls are in the early 20s. In fact Allie is only 19, she still a teenager!
For Band Maid to be so gracious, and for the Warning to be so open to the idea says everything you need to know about both Bands. You could see all the respect coming through the screen they have for each other. This is epic.

The Warning, the opener, performance was so powerful that it looked to me that the Maids were fired up to start their turn as a hostess band. It was 150% energetic throughout their performance. This finale, too.

I was there the day before yesterday too. When BAND-MAID finished and Miku said "It's not over yet", I knew it was finally starting. The chorus, rhythm and melody of this song were rocking, like a Warning-style BAND-MAID song. Both members were involved in the songwriting process, and it turned out to be a great song. As Miku said, next is BAND-MAID's turn to go to Mexico.
I wasn't sure till I seen them start to bring out the equipment. That got an even bigger cheer than when I heard the opening riff to Bubble
That's my fave Band Maid song (& one of my all time top 10 fave songs) 😊

Just throwing this out there. Could there be a possibility that Pony Canyon might have plans for a official live video of this song? In that case I could understand why they are upset. Maybe I am just wishing, only time will tell, but PC please take the hint.

That's a relief to hear that it was not the fault of either band. my faith in the two bands is restored. :)
There was never any chance in hell that either band had anything to do with the strike. That's a management decision.
It is usually the music publisher (like UMG) that blocks or issues copyright claims/strikes, not the artists or labels (though they may or may not encourage it in some cases). They often employ third party companies that screen UA-cam for copyrighted material (audio or video), and they probably just automatically issue blocks or claims without any awareness by the artist/band or even record label. However in this case, it does appear that Bandmaid’s label was responsible for issuing the copyright strikes because that was the only option to have the videos removed.
The publishers actually, not their management.

So you tube copyright system is broken. I watched a video the other day some twitch streamer who uploads clips to UA-cam had a strike for a Samsung washing machine going off in the background because some band from like 15 years ago sampled that sound and its in a video on UA-cam.
But one thing i haven't seen in the comments on this or your last video is not only boot legging illegal in Japan. Japan also doesn't have fair use in their copyright law. It's on of the reasons Nintendo can be so latigus in protecting their IP. I'm sorry you've had a rough few weeks but just hang in there.

Fair use in copyright law is a very grey area in any case. Not very clearly outlined and subjectively judged as to what constitutes fair use and what crosses the line. One for the lawyers to fight about whenever it comes to litigation which usually boils down to who can pay for the best lawyers (hint: that's nearly always _them_ )
Some years ago, cops started playing music in the background of protests so that protesters trying to put videos on YT would get blocked.
Higher quality recordings than yesterday ones are starting to show everywhere... just saying 😇
I think that the label should do the right thing now and remove the strikes. If it wasn't for reactors like you, Band-Maid would be virtually unknown outside of Japan. There will probably be some channels that will not react to any other Band-Maid songs, at least until the strike expires. They got the song taken down, now they should repair their relationships. They owe that much to guys like you.
Yes, it’s been said numerous times but only because it’s true. Record companies are stupid to not realize that UA-cam reactions are a huge source of free advertising. I sure as hell didn’t get Band Maid put in front of me by anything Crown Stones, Revolver, or Pony Canyon have done. If they do any promotion outside of Japan I certainly haven’t seen it.
Wave, I think you guys are a bit too kind. The assumption is that they had to stop it. And that now. And that this stopping was worth alienating and aggravating a number of reactors and supporters. Maybe they thought so. Maybe I disagree.
But anyhow, it was very nice to know that they used their only option. Because, if they had made a strike when a block was possible, that had been evil. Now, too me, it just seems unnecessary.
TW is a cool band, but it is unforgivable that a certain staff member of TW uploaded the "Show Them" movie in violation of the agreement with BM management, which caused trouble to BM management and you who welcomed TW with open arms. And I am disillusioned with the TW management for not making an official apology for that. Can I assume that this is Mexican quality?

I'll be watching the warnings' posts to see who did this, i suspect he/she will be in trouble for all the strikes that it created. if they ignore it that would not be a good look for their label (Lava records)
