99% of the problems, come from the manufacturers of these pumps and parts. Today's manufacturing, is absolute garbage, and Mercedes is no exception to the pandemic. Which in turn Leavs us tied up in the warranty game, if they even offer one, or, like you say, figure a way to work out the problem yourself. Your perspective makes perfect sense, thanks.
