The police try to keep two parties with different views away from each other for obvious reasons ! If one group are granted permission to use a specified route then any counter demonstration on or around the specified route is considered breaking the Law that’s why they are arrested !

I've listened to the British people saying this since the 1970s. My grandfather used to complain about the useless Labour govt of the time, but he still always voted for them, as he saw it as some kind of working class "duty" to vote Labour. Everyone hated Thatcher and Blair, but then we elected and re-elected them. Will it be different this time? Personally, I believe if there was a GE tomorrow we would probably end up with another Labour government. Maybe I'm wrong this time.

I personally don't see why anyone entering the country illegally should be allowed to even apply for asylum. Enter through the proper channels (no pun intended), present yourself to the immigration officer and the process can begin. It's simple.
