Alicante Golf Course (Spain) -- impressions

Designed by Severiano Ballesteros, this 18-hole course is right in the middle of town, surrounded by housing developments. I played 9 holes on this course with a surprising amount of water hazards; the proximity of the houses turned out to be less of a problem (though you can take out insurance for any window damage..). The course layout has apparently changed a bit in the last years and some holes have become a bit less challenging, I was told. Still, it is an enjoyable golf experience, should you be in the area. The club house + restaurant are very nice and I suppose quite a few people go to the restaurant without playing the course.
This clip shows my impressions. I was accompanied by a very nice local MD and wine producer and exporter (see www.veramoragona.com), a much better golfer than me.
Unfortunately I crashed my drone at the very end of filming and it landed in one of the water hazards.
