- Welcome to Vlogmas 2023! I'm taking you along with me each day through December 25th. This year we are traveling full-time in our van! December is going to keep us in Florida, but there will be loads of interesting places that we see and of course knitting, crochet, Disney, and lots of Toaster! Where my family is from in South Africa (distinction bc there are different accents that pronounce it different ways), we pronounced Rooibos “ROYboss” (round “o” at the end like you’re saying “moss” softly)

I’m a big cheerleader for not finishing books that are just meh! I have no problem giving up on a book if I’m not going to rate it 3 stars or higher. It took me a while to get in this mindset but there are so many other books I can read so if I’m not vibing on it I don’t finish it. Maybe the book will get better but why waste my time lol!

Lol! Most of us don’t grow up with kettles. In my next house though, I’m planning to get an electric one. I do think it makes the water better when it boils!
It is not wrong but, just every country in europe I have been (and japan) all have electric kettles, so I often forget how most people in America make tea. It would never cross my mind haha.
