Man I can't believed that it worked. I did everything as you did in the video and found 4 broken wires on the frame. It also fixed 2 other problems I was having with my vehicle. I originally took it to the shop for the first issue two issue's i was having and payed $128 dollars to diagnose it, they wanted $450 to fix, I didn't have that much so I took it home and was driving and all my dash lights came on and I couldn't get it in gear. got it back to another electrical shop and they told me it would cost me close to $700 to fix. I thank God I found your video and followed it to the T. had run get a test light and connector's which cost me like $15.00. I just finished and everything is working great. $15 dollar fix and about 2hrs of my time. Thanks so much your awesome.
I absolutely love how thorough and technical you are with diagnosis. That level of pride in one's work seems to be a dying trait. Appreciate you going the extra mile to get it right. I'd rather watch this and learn than watch the junk on TV every single time. Thanks!
That's honestly how your mechanics should work. I wish more would. I'm working on the same issue that everyone turned down and can't figure it out this video helped tons. I touched the body panels with a oms meter and was drawing current witch is bad ground that's why I'm still watching this guy I am the same mechanic and we won't stop till you find the real problem all these people in town are throwing batteries and alternators and clean terminal since the power issue it's the power issue with the power issue no one has once brought up ground
" SEEMS TO BE" ????? You must be kidding me. 99.9 percent of the people I run into today do not give one shit about their job, and it's with EVERYTHING. They think they are doing the owner a favor by going to work. This country is SCREWED!
This is THE BEST video I've seen on diagnosing this problem on Chrysler products. Your videos are HIGHLY valuable to all of us DIYers trying to avoid the 'Remove and Replace' repair shops that are charging major $$$ for what we could be doing ourselves.
I think why I like watching your videos, is your thoroughness in trouble shooting.. and the simplicity of explanations on how you reach your conclusions..
Your methods of shooting the easiest common circuit is spot on and the best way to approach this kind of failure. I’ve been in electronics for 40 years and do my own car repair as well and you are top notch dude! Love your scope on a rope!
Eric "O" I must say that you are the "POWER - GROUND MASTER." Your techniques at adding POWER and GROUND to circuits to make them work are powerful teaching tools for young techs. You are the BEST man! You allow no room for guessing and you believe in returning all circuits back to OEM standards. That makes you great - thanks!
Hey Mr O, as a Mechanic here in Aussie land who's done his time back of the basic electrical system, It was easy to fault find electrical problems, but if there was a so called "major" electrical problem, then the Auto Electrician was called in to find and fix the problem, the problem with getting these guys in was that they would never tell you what the actual problem was if it wasn't a component swap out like the alternator or starter, because if they told the mechanic what the problem was, then if it happened again, the mechanic knew just what to do, so the Auto Elec would be doing himself out of potential income. So watching you fault find this electrical ground problem was very pleasing and is a sign of an excellent Mechanic/Technician as you are, especially repairing those rusty vehicles there in the rust belt, something we never see here in Australia.
Saved my 2004 pacifica. Told 3 mechanics about you they said no way. Fourth mechanic took your advice. I'm driving now thanks to you. I can support my family.
This same problem has been plaguing me this week. At first it was intermittent and I still managed to get around. Today everything died - head and brake lights, radio, heater controls, windows, horn, couldn't come out of park and my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree with so many warning lights. I found your video and as soon as it was over, went outside and sure enough - all five wires were broken off from the eyelet. It's a tight spot, but managed to strip back the wires and crimp on two new eyes. Turned on the ignition and my car was cured! I dread electrical problems because you can spend days tracing wires and testing components, but you already did the hard work for me and made this an easy and inexpensive repair. I am so impressed with your knowledge and troubleshooting skill. Thank you Eric - you have a new fan.
You sir, have saved the day with this video. I have a 2008 Pacifica in my shop and had this potential nightmare figured out in the time it took me to watch you point the way to the problem. Well done man....well done! I repaired it easily despite the location of the 2 ground posts and my customer is very happy as he was expecting an electrical/expensive diagnosis and repair. I have subscribed and am impressed with your work. Thank you very much my friend.
Best UA-cam video ever. So sick of tracking bad grounds on this thing. I just made new ground to the black yellow. This was my moms old car that sat for like 3 years so if it wasn't corrosion or rubbing it was rodents. Overall I ended up using over 30 butt conecters. Instrument panel, headlights, camshaft sensor etc. Why can't they make wire insulation that tastes bad. THANK YOU
My brother-in-law called early this morning from 500 miles away with his 2019 Ram 2500 tow vehicle acting like this. Was able to help him understand where his problem is. Great help. Wish you were in Central Michigan to help him.
Great approach and professional repair. Here's why. Test..not guess. Initial thoughts were not correct but didn't gamble on a high dollar parts change out. Testing of circuits didn't involve stabbing holes in harnesses. Repair at frame stud was soldered not crimp and hope (like factory). Verified repairs. Nice job SMA
My favorite part was the "ground bypass test" where you give it a ground and verify that everything works before going for the final fix. The testlight is a very under-rated electrical diagnostic tool!
I like that you watch his videos too, and comment. Can't get enough of the dignosing, I suppose. You guys both make it look simple. And yeah, I'm watching this 5 years after it was initially released.
I actually made my own a few years ago with an old tag light fixture and 2 alligator clip wires. I didn't even know they were a thing for the longest time. Kept telling myself "I should market this thing."
Well, this video has saved me. I have a 2004 Pacifica that I took to a Chrysler dealer in Monticello IN last week Jan 2020 to run diagnostics for a check engine light. They gave me back the car with all hell broken loose! Every warning light on the dashboard was on and I could not operate wipers, windows, AC etc. They basically ruined the car and had the audacity to tell me that they left it running and I should be able to drive home (30 min away). I insisted that I did not gave them the car in this condition and after bringing the big boss they said that the they would try to tighten the grounds which they did. The warning lights came off only to reappear about 2 mi away from home. I watched the video, found my C5, #14 ground wire to be defective just as taught in the video and jumped it to the negative pole of the battery and everything runs fine!. Cost: My time watching the video. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
Great video, very educational. What's even more impressive is how you found the problem and made it a priority to save the customer money, any other low life mechanic would've fixed the ground and charged the customer for a new TIPM. Great job bud!!!!
Very good video Eric. My wife called me this afternoon to tell me our 2010 Patriot wouldn't start & did I want her to stop at discount battery & get a new battery. I told her NO, bring it back home if the jump works. She brought it home & the first thing I noticed was the ''Square'' Light that is supposed to go around the ''P'' - ''Park'' Position, when you turn the key was out. I put the Jeep in Neutral & it started right up. So I shut it back off, put the shifter back into Park & slapped the Shifter. Then turned the Key & the ''Square Shifter Position Light'' was back on. So it's something with the wiring or the linkage below the Shift Lever. Once the rain lets up, I'll fix it.... It's probably another bad grounding wire or lug..... Thanks for posting the video Eric, (I did watch it in it's entirety).....
excellent video, and better diagnostics. Went thru this exact same issue on my 06 pac in may of '15 and was fortunant enough to run across a thread online where a guy had the shop service manuals available to read online which allowed me to trace the same issue on the same ground circuit. You are an exceptionally thorough diagnostician and it was a pleasure watching your process .
Good diagnostics Eric glad to see a technician who actually goes through the trouble to actually find the problem before changing a part after being a technician who did driveability and electrical for 46 years and a service manager and shop owner trying to find a technician who takes the time to find the issues before ordering a new part your customers are lucky to have you and you are a bright spot in the industry .
God bless you man! This was impressive diagnosing at it's best. You are truly an awesome mechanic. I've had more grounds to bite me and cause so many problems. We sincerely appreciate you sharing all your videos. I've learned so much from you and I even went to school for 2 years on automotive repair and was ASE certified at a one point. Thank you sir! You da bomb!
I just watched your video, what a marvelous job you did trouble shooting the problem. I always have problems trouble shooting electrical problems (and computer problems). My age 75 is helping matters...ha..ha. I found your video as I was searching for how to change the spark plugs on my 05 Pacifica. I use to work on my own carsfor the most part, but it gets more difficult these days I want to learn how to keep the basics up as I really like this car, and hope it keeps running until I no longer need a car. I keep my old 1973 450SLC Mercedes running for 28 years, when I bought the manual after visting the dealership for repairs. Now I have to figure out how to mark your spot, and how to view other videos you have made. Thanks, Brian
I hope the owner watches this video and sees how much effort you went to find the real problem. Most shops would've replaced the IPM and hoped for the best.
If the owner watches, he might see how the guy didn’t protect the fender with a cover as most shops do and has tools banging against it and potentially belt buckles scratching the paint, not to mention attempting to sit on the headlight. Also, prying the headlight at first with a screwdriver leveraging directly against the vehicles paint before switching to a nylon tool. Maybe it’s just me. I learned a certain sort of “etiquette” when repairing another persons vehicle. Good job diagnosing and fixing but those small things make me cringe. Some customers saying “I didn’t have these dents or scratches when I brought it in” might just not always be playing a fake blame game if you don’t follow a certain etiquette.
Just so you know, you are a big help. I was helping some friends of mine with their Pacifica with the exact same problems, and you made me look like a hero, fixed the ground like you did and all issues we're resolved 😁
Thank you sooooooooo much. I don't know much about cars. You are a great teacher. Hands down this is the best tutorial that I have found to help me fix my problem. Keep up the good job to help us folks who know what to do and the ones who don't. You have saved me tons of money and the possibility of getting ride of a good car in my opinion. I followed your awesome directions and it took me all about 2.5 hours. Removing the head light to do this job is key for having more room. Again thanks again John Indianapolis, In
Thank you so much for making this video. I had no windshield washer pump spray. I cleaned the grounds and put everything back together and the fog lights went crazy flashing and the power windows and wipers stopped working. I was giving up. So frustrated. Then I found your video and sure enough I had broken wires in the connector. I cut and soldered new lugs just like you did and now everything works. My fingers are sore from that job so awkward. Thank you so much you saved me.
i just had this same problem with my wifes 07 pacifica. thanks to watching this i was able to get it figured out quickly and get it back on the road. thanks!
Eric great job!You are a young man who thinks like the old timer you think about the problem and of your customer. Then you go for it. God will bless you an your family for being a honest an helping young man.THANK YOU!
Eric, your videos are excellent. I am learning auto-electrical and I watch every move that you make. You have helped me so much. Very, very informative. A great teacher.
I am SO glad you think LOGICALLY! This is so hard to teach, BUT, as techs learn the y realize and understand. . . .most times. The ones who do not, change oil and tires. Being a "good tech", is a skill and a blessing to others! Thank You!
my 2005 pacifica had the exact same problems to the tee. i followed your instructions and you probably saved me about a thousand dollars.everything is back up and running thanks a million.
like an adventure unfolding,Sir;your tracing abilities and tenacity give me renewed faith in fellow tech's.too bad many customers complain about the bill after being previously screwed by a hammer mechanic.
I had the same thing happen with an 06 pacifica lost the ground on lh high beam it was the ground on the studs. The wire was rotted off to. Thanks for the video its nice to see someone take the extra time to do it right. Great job!
Another fantastic troubleshooting job right there! Instead of shooting a parts gun at it and wasting hundreds of dollars and man hours, you methodically troubleshoot and it ends up being a $.50 fix (plus labor of course!) Great job dude! Troubleshooting is a skill that should be taught in school from kindergarten on up!
Eric my daughters Pacifica had the same dang problems as the one your working on. The dealer worked on it for over a MONTH, finally they ended up declaring the car as a lemon and took it back, canceling their contractual agreement. Maybe you need to show Chrysler how to fix their own dang cars.
My Chrysler Town and Country sometimes doesn't start, but only after it has been driven around a bunch of places in one day, so shut off and restarted. Just, key turns, starts, then shuts off. What could be the problem? Mechanics said they can't diagnose, but they don't drive it anywhere either, just one start and aren't trying. . . It's been there 2 and 1/2 months. Please help
My 2005 Pacifica (which has been an excellent minimum repair vehicle) suddenly started doing the same thing described here. I watched your video and suggested to my mechanic thatn the ground was bad. Sure enough, the wires broke off at the terminal. Your video saved us a lot of time and trouble trying to diagnose the problem. Thank you.
great step by step approch, will check my problem tomorrow, you may have just saved me a ton of time and money. Having the exact same problem as this car has and it started just as quick. The way you address these help shows are very easy to understand and follow. Thanks !!!!!!!!
I want to thank you very much for this video. This is EXACTLY what my 2005 Pacifica is doing. After watching this I have a handle what is going on and how to go about fixing it.
The 92 people who disliked this video are probably dirty auto mechanics who would have charged this customer for a computer and TIPM while only repairing the ground.
I had the same problem with my Pacifica all those ground wires were corroded to the point that it would no longer start after a couple weeks of doing some very weird things. I watched your video and was able to fix the problem saving me a lot of money, thus i subscribed to your channel. Now its a year later and my Pacifica is still running. You sir are the man, thanks.
Wow! Nailed it to a T! All the same issues I was having on my son's car. My brother and law followed all your steps. Worked perfectly. Now he can take his college summer courses and get to work. Thanks so much for making your videos! Can't believe that this car will be almost 20 years old. Milage is low and this is a great car.
Excellent diagnostic and repair skills - bravo! I appreciate the thoroughness of you following proper repair procedures and verifying the basics before simply swapping and hoping.
I wanted to say thank you this happend to my wife and I while we were out shopping it turns out our 05 chrysler pacifica had the same problem so thank you
Worth you weight and gold that Chevrolet steering ground problem you found excellent excellent diagnostics like I say you’re worth your weight and goal. How was the mechanic for 35 years still working on them but I’m retired. Great job bud keep up the good work.
Thanks Eric for making this video; I especially admire you for taking the time to make this video when your not feeling great - that's real dedication to making your UA-cam channel one great channel. Keep up the great work.
I'm glad to see there's some mechanics that will go the extra mile to actually diagnose the problem and not just change parts because a lot of mechanics out there these days or just Parts changers although I don't own a Chrysler Pacifica I watch the whole video and it was very good great job.
Excellent video!! Very good description of the customer complaint. Video follows easily. Diagnostic technique shows professionalism with high-level experience. My 2006 Pacifica had the exact same issue. I had 3 broken wires. Solved several ongoing intermittent issues. As a retired automotive technician, I thank you for making your knowledge public!! For those wo are not mechanically inclined, or have a hard time understanding electrical diagnosis, subscribe to this channel. Watch more from this channel, you will be enlightened.
Great Video and great help bud.....seriously wow!!! I was in my Nieces Pacifica today trying to find a "no start" problem and found these three ground posts you traced down were GREEN and CRUMBLING also....tight spot to fix but will do. Thanks. My NO START issue has to be something similar. THANKS!!!! Semper Fi!!
Thank you for these vidios. I have a small part time shop. I will adopt the idea of chasing one sercet when I have multaple issues. It's less overwhelming and from watching your vidios it usually leads to the root problem.
That was a fantastic post! I forwarded it to a tech currently working on my 2018 Pacifica Limited, that is having some crazy faults occur as well. Particularly, it's been losing the electronic steering assist. I suspect a bad ground, but locating it may be time consuming. Your video shows a clear approach to troublshooting and the tech assigned to my vehicle has a high level of integrity, just like you. Even if it turns out to be something totally different, it was a very well done video and enlightening to watch. Thank you!
Great troubleshooting as usual and it's always nice when you can tell the customer only labor required to repair corroded ground terminal. Another satisfied customer!!
Thank you for being able to look over your shoulder & follow along with your thinking. Wiring Diag / Test Light / Jump Lead & 30yrs of experience with "if I can do it, You can do it". Treating black boxes as "it needs to get a ground from somewhere" turned on a light for me!
@Robert Slackware Doesn't seem to have disrupted too many other car companies. Just because the likes of FCA (not to mention any British manufacturer) are a bit dodgy on wiring doesn't mean I want to give up features such as efficiency and avoiding depending on mechanical tune-ups.
@@dblissmn I'll take a mechanical tune up I can do in my driveway any day over taking it to a shop to diagnose ECU issues that I don't have a $2000 tool for any day. But to each his own.
Best video I've ever watched! Thought I was going to spend all day chasing my tail but found the four broken wires on frame ground and it fixed everything! Thank you very much!
Interesting and worth the watch. Better yet I am watching more than 6 years later with a snow storm outside and really enjoying the birds in the background. Be a while yet before I hear them again. So this video is a double bonus. A little corrosion and the car doesn't work.
To be an effective electric systems troubleshooter they teach you to start from simple and dig deeper until you find your fault. You rarely if ever miss with that approach. Great Job! but you knew that already didn't you? G'Day Mate
+South Main Auto Repair howdy' can you please email me sir I am in dire need of getting my vehicle running thank you so much. nobody is able to help me I am on my own and I am NOT mechanically inclined however the symptoms of my vehicle not starting seems to be the same as in this video
Outstanding video - tremendous instructional video. I bought 05 Pacifica at auction and all the dash lights were lit up with no power to windows, horn, heat or radio just as in this video. My immediate thought was the TIPM as I had one go bad on my 2010 Town & Country (no headlights). Anyway, this video saved me a ton of time, money and frustration. Sure enough, it was the ground strap where the 5 ground wires were clamped to the eyelet at ground post G103. Made the fix as Eric did and dash lights are gone with power restored.
.6 million people who have watched you video voluntarily ! That’s College level professor! You reflect well on the Industry thank you! This kind of proves why the flat rate system isn’t great in the dealerships for the customers. stick with a quality independent folks like Mr 0
You are a brilliant teacher. Additionally,I always find it fascinating that something that took so long to grow (green Crusties) can cause an instant issue, as opposed to an initially- intermittent problem.
Nice diagnostics Eric on finding the corroded ground. And since all the circuits not working would have a common fault, picking one circuit to troubleshoot is the method I would choose also.
I really enjoy your videos and most certainly your knowledge. Obviously you care about what you do... don't ever change, the public needs more mechanics like you. They may not be happy about the cost of diagnosis but a quality repair from a quality shop is getting hard to find Paul
Been watching you Mr O for months now....saved me going stir crazy during our lockdown here in the UK...so impressed with yr diagnostic abilities...simply the best on YT...thank you Sir!
"Check feeds and grounds" I have lost count of how many times you have said that and it is the easiest and most straight forward first step. It also works a significant number of times.
That was brilliant. And kudos to you for using your "approach" which cured the problem AND saved the vehicle owner money. I'm dealing now with a driver's side low beam that won't illuminate despite changing the bulb (2007 Dodge Caliber). It worked the first time I had Grease Monkey replace the bulb, but only for a month. I've replaced the bulb again with no success. So your discussion about the TIPM was very relevant to my problem. But, I'm guessing that the ground may not be my problem, as the high beam works well. It's a pity that I don't drive, from Denver, to visit my clients in Ithaca and Carthage, or I'd make an appointment to have you fix my problem.
I worked at a local John Deere dealer until retirement, I love to work on electrical. On battery terminal post connectors if the resistance between the post and the clamp connector was .03 ohms or above .00 clean this connection. Just a time saver diagnosis of the battery connections. 👍 Keep up these great videos.
Man I can't believed that it worked. I did everything as you did in the video and found 4 broken wires on the frame. It also fixed 2 other problems I was having with my vehicle. I would have been paying those guys a visit afterwards, though you didn't say if the first shop correctly diagnosed it.
Bobby that’s what it’s all about! Mr. O. Is the man, man!
Glad you found his video. We ALL get ripped off if you find a decent mechanic like Eric take care of the guy.

Do un know where the alternator fuse is?
@@SBS_Auto, the wire that comes from the alternator is usually a fusible link. That means that the wire itself is the fuse.

Thanks Phil!
I use to work on my own carsfor the most part, but it gets more difficult these days
I want to learn how to keep the basics up as I really like this car, and hope it keeps running until I no longer need a car.
Most shops would've replaced the IPM and hoped for the best.
farmboy30117 Nahhh they just want it fixed.... Hey I see you got that Chevy all up in the primer now :)
It's actually painted now but I'm going to have to repaint it because the blue is too bright :(
Oh man that sucks.... Didn't see that part yet.
Is there any treatment, coating or cover to protect the stud from corrosion hazards?
Again thanks again John Indianapolis, In
Glad it worked
Thank you so much for making this video. I had no windshield washer pump spray. I cleaned the grounds and put everything back together and the fog lights went crazy flashing and the power windows and wipers stopped working. I was giving up. So frustrated. Then I found your video and sure enough I had broken wires in the connector. I cut and soldered new lugs just like you did and now everything works. My fingers are sore from that job so awkward. Thank you so much you saved me.
i just had this same problem with my wifes 07 pacifica. thanks to watching this i was able to get it figured out quickly and get it back on the road. thanks!
What was wrong with ur wife's. My wife's is doing kinda the same thing
Mines also doing this. What exactly was it that needed to be repaired?
@@AlexStJohn-jx2vb check the ground wire on the rad support left side low down look for a stud with a bunch of wires on it.
@@johnnybozarth8015 watch the vid, he found the bad ground
I tell my customers all the time that bad grounds can cause all sorts of messed up issues. You good sir just proved me right!!
...THAT STATEMENT IS CLEARLY GROUNDED IN FACT-!!!
(get it? get it? get it? snucker-snucker-snucker-snucker!!)
A great teacher.
man you're the best and only took me 1 hour to watch your video and 15 minutes to fix the problem so thank you
Thank you for this video. My Pacifica had the same problem. My husband found this video and the problem was fixed in no time.
One very good mechanic who seems to also be an excellent electrician, with great diagnostic skills, well done Eric...
I am SO glad you think LOGICALLY! This is so hard to teach, BUT, as techs learn the y realize and understand. . . .most times. The ones who do not, change oil and tires. Being a "good tech", is a skill and a blessing to others! Thank You!
I work at an auto parts store and get great tips for my customers on this channel. Thanks and please keep them coming.
my 2005 pacifica had the exact same problems to the tee. i followed your instructions and you probably saved me about a thousand dollars.everything is back up and running thanks a million.
Same problems I was having . All fixed thanks to you . I feel like I owe you money.
Send him a cheque!
like an adventure unfolding,Sir;your tracing abilities and tenacity give me renewed faith in fellow tech's.too bad many customers complain about the bill after being previously screwed by a hammer mechanic.
Awesome job! I am very appreciative of the free education. Great Teacher!
My 50+ years working on vehicles have nearly always found electrical problems caused by connection problems. Great teaching and shareing info.
Eric my daughters Pacifica had the same dang problems as the one your working on. The dealer worked on it for over a MONTH, finally they ended up declaring the car as a lemon and took it back, canceling their contractual agreement. Maybe you need to show Chrysler how to fix their own dang cars.
+Jeffrey dontyouwish Haha nahhh I am nothing special they should be able to do that no sweat.
Nah their over payed flunkies.
No don't show them, let them lemon as many as possible off the streets lol

My Chrysler Town and Country sometimes doesn't start, but only after it has been driven around a bunch of places in one day, so shut off and restarted. Just, key turns, starts, then shuts off. What could be the problem? Mechanics said they can't diagnose, but they don't drive it anywhere either, just one start and aren't trying. . . It's been there 2 and 1/2 months. Please help
Great job Eric!! To many so-called "mechanics" now are nothing but parts changers. Wish there was a way to locate the ones like you in every town.
You save me hours of digging and searching I want right to the one wire that you found and that was my whole issue thanks a million your lifesaver
Awesome video! I pretty much had given up my Pacifica when I found this video. I followed it exactly and found my short. Thanks so much!
I can’t believe it actually worked. Found broken wires in the exact spot that you noted. Got new ends crimped on and it worked beautiful. Thank you.
You sir are the man, thanks.
this was an amazing follow-up, unfortunately, the existing garage, 90 percent not able to do that keep up the good work
Eric, I wish I knew of a mechanic like you. You actually diagnose, and do not lie.
Once again, Eric, you demonstrate that your most powerful tool is between your ears.
Thanks for sharing a bit of your troubleshooting technique.
After watching you for several electric jobs, I think that I can do this if ever need be
This is hands down one of the best instructional videos i have seen…. EVER!!
Great video Eric, nice to see you going the extra mile to verify the grounds. It'll be back for a TIPM soon enough :)
It makes me wonder.... How many Chryslers, Dodges, or Jeeps, are sitting in the bone yard because of bad ground issues???
...I GUESS WE'LL NEVER KNOW-!!!
Not enough. They're shit cars.
@@KarmaVoyager ...well, ya can't please EVERYBODY!!"
Thanks man, this is the most impressive videos I have ever watch when it comes to performing maintenance and repairs. Very instructive, thank you!
Great Job! but you knew that already didn't you?

howdy' can you please email me sir I am in dire need of getting my vehicle running thank you so much. nobody is able to help me I am on my own and I am NOT mechanically inclined however the symptoms of my vehicle not starting seems to be the same as in this video
Great troubleshooting and nice find and repair ! Really enjoyed this video.
.6 million people who have watched you video voluntarily ! That’s College level professor! You reflect well on the Industry thank you! This kind of proves why the flat rate system isn’t great in the dealerships for the customers. stick with a quality independent folks like Mr 0
ONE HELLOFA TECHNICIAN.... NICE WORK
Mechanic
Forsure!!!
You are a brilliant teacher.
Additionally,I always find it fascinating that something that took so long to grow (green Crusties) can cause an instant issue, as opposed to an initially- intermittent problem.
Nice diagnostics Eric on finding the corroded ground. And since all the circuits not working would have a common fault, picking one circuit to troubleshoot is the method I would choose also.
stuzman52 Thanks Terry glad to hear I am thinking like a real pro then :)
I really enjoy your videos and most certainly your knowledge. Obviously you care about what you do... don't ever change, the public needs more mechanics like you. They may not be happy about the cost of diagnosis but a quality repair from a quality shop is getting hard to find

DORMAN video for TIPM mentions you have to cycle the key twice in order to clear all alarms and sync TIPM to car.
Fantastic. I tried your approach singling out one problem and going after it. It worked everything works. Thanks

toyo toe Thanks for watching
"Check feeds and grounds" I have lost count of how many times you have said that and it is the easiest and most straight forward first step. It also works a significant number of times.
Awesome job! Had the exact same problem as you did and your vid pointed me in the right direction. Thanks!!!!!!!
Oh yeah, were you doing a video ?. I was concentrating on the beautiful songs by the birds in the background 🤣
They are quite full of song today.
they were driving me insane.
Nice detective work! your approach was awesome, simple common sense!
Billy R Thanks
You have my complete respect for your troubleshooting along with a bit of humour. Next trip South I’d like to meet you. Ron Evans
I wish I had your amazing diagnostic skills and thought process.I enjoy your videos you are a great teacher. What no brake cleaner ?
Awesome diagnosis, It shows how easy it is to fall into the trap of firing the parts cannon, being thorough in your diagnosis pays off, Well Done.
Very nice find and fix. Not so so impressed with the design and quality of the Chrysler electrics.
