    @Primer9 yes because the fish is from prehistoric dynasour era. the location is very close to Russian waters as well. Sometimes the Russians try to come across and take some fish.. which are about to get instict. due to the extremely good taste of the fish eggs and its demand in the elite rich of America and the world. each can goes for $5000 dollars minimum..I frankly never understood this type of demand. but the elite rich eat it with expensive 100 year old wines and celebrate occasions.

    best caviar is from Iran. Russian is very close to Iran.. they try to steal our fish. the fish Iran has are the oldest living fish species which has the best tasting cavier.
