Id like too see more of this but not just makeing and know about the outer hull and the other stuff, but i would like too learn about the wiring of the motors and the reciever and the turrets that moves. it would be more help to not just me but others that are just starting in this too.
Wonderful model, can you give a beginner like my self a detailed understand on what I need to turn say 350 scale ship RC? I have no idea what I need or where to begin. How do I prevent water in coming up through the shafts? use titanic for instance. I would settle with two screws, but then how do I run the rudder? how do I get power to this ship and use what type od motors to drive the screws. As you can see I know nothing. Anything helps. thank you.
one for motor control, one for turning, and one/two for the cannons (depending on how many batteries) And enough channels for the servo's ofcourse. a 4channel set should be enough, but a 5 or 6 would be a good investment for larger ships.
Yes. The BB's are shot out by CO2 power. If you aim right, you blow holes in the ships hull and such. And eventually water spews in. Most people equip their warships with water pumps to slow down or stop the flooding/sinking of the ship. But in the end, it usually just sinks.
Stumbuling to you guys is exactly what I need. I'm make a tank (American T-30) from 3/16 sheet metal but I don't know anything about the electronics involved. Why kind of servo di you guys recomend to shoot out bbs?
the servo's dont shoot the BB's. As for a tank, I would recommend purchasing an airsoft unit (Tamiya and some other RC tank manufacturers make these) as they do not need to be waterproof, and cost esily 1/5th the price of the CO2/HPA cannons used in Big Gun Cannons.
I'm converting my 1/200 USS Wisconsin to R/C. already have the ship completed but I need help figuring out a dual rudder system as well as a 4 engine propulsion system that allows the 2 port side screws to move forward and back togethere and the starboard screws to do the same but independently from each side. Any help is appreciated
Do these ship have to be created to be a certain WW2 ship or can you make as many guns as you want? (Does this ship have to be la model of a real WW2 ship)
What I don't understand is why do the RC warship guys go through all this trouble for epic battles and the rc Tank guys, rc plane guys or anyone else do not?
Because the RC Planes have exspensive gadgets that cant be messed with and can easily be destroyed. Also some have turbines which can explode if damaged alot.
Bysteriant and there are no good companys that make good battleships, + there is more pride in building one++ they would be expensive because they are huge
+Craig Dirty .Dority Well. With planes, 1 if you made an expensive plane and it went down and crashed, there'd likely be some expensive damage. There are SOME people who are trying to make it a thing (using airsoft guns, and cameras mounted in the cockpits with a "turret" to view around for targets) Though from what I can tell they tend to have competitaions to shoot down cheap foam planes (with cheap motors and such that they don't mind so much if they crash) flown by another. And see who can take one out before running out of ammo and such. It also doesn't help that a lot of RC planes are RIDICULOUSLY maneuverable, and thus hard to aim. With regards to tanks, actually a friend and I have been plotting on how this could be done. Our method was going to be to have tanks hulled with standard thickness balsa wood (scaled in thickness to match the armor's actual thickness, so aiming at the front could result in bounces and such). And then inside make some cheap sensors for the "modules, and crew" that would be done so that if they were penetrated by a metal BB, that would close the circuit between an inner and outer layer, it sends a signal to the on board controller to say "engine knocked out" or "loader hit" and then restrict operation of the machine appropriately. No thoughts yet on simulating turret ring shots. Though we have found a guide on making cheap wood tracks, so shooting the tracks might work. Then the electronics would be mounted in a metal box to protect them inside the hull. Players would play with a camera situated coaxial to the cannon, and fight from there. Or by looking out over the field. Another problem with tanks though is the extreme difference in capabilities of the guns, so they couldn't all use the same guns like the ship guys do. But its a work in progress.
voor wat drijf vermogen zou je pool noodle,s er in kunen snijden, en dat die zonk.zinkte dat geef niet. het was toch een duitser !!!.. he al met al een mooi klusje en respect. gr
+Ariel Quezada many have them, but their installation depends on which clubs oyu play with. Ships of a certain size are given so many "units" to work with. Units can go to guns, ammo, or pumps (and sometimes turret rotation ability) so you have to balance the design. Hell some even include pumps for the purpose of spraying the water they're taking on into the holes above the waterline of enemies.

Hello depends what ship your talking about
If tripitz buy 2mm size bass tube as the

i envy this type of people..... they really know how make ship and sink them..
Great idea on warship war with co2 to shoot the bb....and make hole at hull...welll this is great idea, keep posting..
"Woah! This is cool! I wonder if he made more videos about the ship.... Oh...."
hey man can u show in big detail how i can make the gun
yes please
nice nice!!! An actual battle! Did it sink from being blasted or from turning over to much?
Make a tutorial on how to sheet the balsa onto the side
for the co2 canister, do you keep it running? or do you have a servo to run it?
how much does this cost to do cause this looks like fun
nice work from france
where did you get the pre made battle ship hull
really nice job
can you send me the plans of the boat?
im wanna build a ship myself but i cant find any plans
thx.
Could you compartmentalize it or is it against the rules?
How does the boat sink? Do the BB's or whatever actually breach the hull?
GREAT IDEAS!! WELL DONE!!! CONGRATS!! ;-)))

nice project, but, please more specific of the components....
is the beverage at 0:57 required for the build?
Are the turrets fully functional, can you rotate them etc?
I want to make one. Where do I go for info on the parts and components?
U can get one at battlers connection im going to get one hear in a few days

How to make these guns and how they are properly called?
Saw ya on instructables
very nice job all the way:) MaxDK.
how many sheets of fiberglass you use to make the hull?
where do you get the air cannons do you make them
you can take some airsoft guns for example for bigger scale ships for the smaller you gotta make them yourself i think
Does anyone know where I can get plans for a 1/128th scale USS FLETCHER class destroyer from?

where is the magazine?
please can you post what kind of solution you use I like to adopt it for my rc sail
Wat material is used for skinning the hull?
A thin tissue called silkspan and balsa sheeting glued together with nitrate dope typically. Thickness of balsa depends on ruleset.
How to make the turret?
You shouldn't use balsa because after a few battles, there's nothing left to repair
You're sure you've thought this through more than the numerous global clubs?
no pump for this ship?
how did you biould the gun turrts
what does it shoot?
Thats awesome, is this still happening in Australia? id love to do this but with FPV gear
Yes every month at Luddenham in Sydney . AUSBG.ORG.AU.

Where i get the Canonns...?
www.strikemodels.com/products/
what is music
Do the canons rotate?
Yes or else battleing would be just ram and shoot, ram and shoot, ram and shoot, ram and shoot, and you get the point!(I hope) P.S no rudeness intended!
***** lol those low tier battles in world of warships.....all those kamikaze torpedos.
We're do I buy a hull
see above comment
of coarse i could make one for you but it aint cheep
THX for you Tutorial :P
what about the water pump in case the hull is breached?

@hod05
I believe that it is against the rules and regs.
Why would the gas bottle?
Miguel Castro to propel the pellets
carbon nano- fiber hull :P that would rule lol ,guess that would be cheating lol
