    When you burn calories via exercise, can you “add” them to your calorie target?

      Technically you could, but not necessary with this formula as includes some room to fuel exercise too 😊💪

    What if you do this and you are putting weight on and you're needed to loose weight?

      Using this formula I’d suggest reducing your ‘goal weight’ by 10-20% and calculating again. Should start to see weight reducing after a few weeks of consistently sticking with it :)
