You are correct about the standard wheels. They give an old school deeper dish look. I had a 19 with the Devis rim, same offset, size, ect but this wheel has that deep dish look that the Devils rim does not, really matches the old school muscle theme. For anyone with one put black lugs on them, makes a BIG difference in the overall look. Dodge missed out on $$ there. Chevy charges $300 for black lugs on the Corvette LOL

A used 17mile 2022 challenger Jailbreak widebody just sold at Barret Jackson Scotsdale, AZ for 220k! My personal hellcats will be weekend only so they will stay low mileage thankfully. Yes exactly! The standard lightweight black redeye rims give the challenger the perfect old school yet modern look! Loved the devil rim but very modern look for a old-school retro body challenger. I see Dodge is still using pretty much all the same butt ugly black wheels as in previous years. I hate the wheels on my 21 Scat Pak but new wheels cost as much as a new car these days and no one is as likely to try and steal the stock ones so I will live with them i guess.
I think it has to do with a true cold start in a airconditioned showroom of a 807hp 2.7L larger supercharger takes a little more ignition timing to get started then standard 2.4L Hellcat.
Redeye parts are running out.. they are not 50k over any longer and even at 75k over it is a good deal considering a 2022 just sold at barret jackson for 220k used. Market adjustment works for the consumer too it is for a vehicle that is appreciating in value rapidly. You can buy a Tesla model S plaid directly from manufacturer online with a 500 deposit. Msrp 145k but oh wait...those depreciated 50k-60k off MSRP today in the used market..ouch. Manufacturers can't and will never be able to properly handle the intense volume of quality control during pre delivery inspections handled by dealers, consumer guidance on vehicle selection and satisfaction, service repairs, loaners, lemon law buybacks when defects are beyond repair and logistics on their own. Tesla who has attempted on their own has delivered 145k MSRP vehicles with 4 different brand tires from the factory and doors that don't close properly out of alignment, panel gaps, paint defects, service nightmares which is why they are depreciating rapidly. No dealer means no quality control and no one to hold the manufacturer accountable for defects before ever delivering new vehicles to customers.

Dang good looking car, I never should have traded in my 2019 WB Redeye, but I wanted a manual transmission so I got a 2015 Hellcat. Oh, you got everything right but the Hellcats come with a 2.4L blower, not a 2.3L. 👍

One thing I don’t like about these hellcats is the inconsistency. One car has leather steering wheel next has alcatara steering wheels. They need to be consistent with the steering wheels. Personally, all should of came with alcatera steering wheel unless it was ordered built with regular steering wheel.

Yes it is identical, same internals same 2.7L supercharger ect and 807hp vs 808hp (pump gas) HOWEVER the 2018 demon in order to unlock 840hp you need to install the race ECU and run race fuel. So on redeyes you'll still need direct connections stage 1 kit which brings the same race ECU and the higher flow intake and tune from the 2018 Demon brining you to 840Hp under warranty now 😎👍

Congrats on your order! It is referring to the trim level. For the chargers 23B package is the widebody hellcat Jailbreak. 27D for example is a widebody hellcat Jailbreak redeye.

Well where to start. So no the RE does not have the exact same motor as the demon. The stock HC blower is 2.4L and the RE blower is 2.6L, not 2.3L and 2.7L.
Yes the Hellcat brings a 2.4L correct. The redeye engine brings the same 2.7L Supercharger and stronger internals as the Demon identical part for part I've been with Chrysler since 2015. The engine and transmision are identical to the Demon engine with the exception of the high octane fuel calibration software, upgraded air filter and -5 degree spark timing and transbrake. The engine calibration is all now unlockable with the redeye stage 1 kit through direct connection bringing HP to identical 840hp using high octane fuel and under factory warranty for about 2k.

No unfortunately from what I understand Dodge does not create right hand Drive vehicles for any Market, Australia's laws require vehicles to be right hand drive. There is however a company called American Motors and Watson Brothers in Australia that take 250 hours to convert them after being imported and then put them up for sale.
Pre-owned yes but for double if not triple value easily for near brand new condition. Also at the rate they are being totaled less and less available over time.

lieutenant Dan, Market Pricing goes both ways and is caused by short supply high demand of anything. I'm sure you got top dollar for both your SRTs otherwise you wouldn't have sold them. The rarer a car is the higher your trade in value and future value will be. These cars will appreciate 300 400% of their value in the used market. A 2018 Demon with miles just sold at Barret Jackson for 220k. Was the Market Adjustment price that Demon buyer paid in 2018 fair in that deal or unfair? That Demon buyer definitely did not pay 220k Market adjustment plus tax tag and fees in 2018. The mustang dark horse is great I love all muscle cars but nothing as classic as a challenger or charger tank that has not attempted to shrink in size into a compact lightweight sports car.
Sold within 12 days but man are they collector cars still. My 2023 last call challenger super stock is garage kept will still be driven but rarely only on weekends.

That is completely FALSE I have to disagree with you. All cultures and races equally love chargers and challengers I've directed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram stores since 2015 and have sold these vehicles to a doctors, attorneys, business owners, celebrities and plenty of other well recognized proffessions. I myself as a director managing CJDR dealers since 2015 not only do I proudly drive a widebody charger hellcat as my weekend car I'm buying a 2nd weekend car a 2023 challenger redeye superstock and a durango SRT because I love these cars so much and the muscle car american heritage they represent. My successful career leading in the automotive industry brought me to the top 1% incomes in America years and years ago on par woth doctors and attorneys and I still prefer to drive my hellcat over other high end luxury brands. Dodge offers a completely different experience that is loved around the world and in America by all cultures.
Doesn't matter what wheels are on the car they're black and all look DULL to me...don't know why in gods name anyone ordering this gorgeous car wouldn't order the optional silver wheels to complement the gorgeous lines of this car why make it look like a taxi cab with the black wheels...I couldn't order silver wheels when I bought my Red Eye but as soon as I had the car home I took the black wheels off and had them glass beaded and painted bright silver and now the car pops like it should.
The silver warp wheels are really nice they do pop and come on the black ghost and king daytona with a wow factor they are just a different look. The black redeye rims are loved for their aggressive modern look I personally love them blacked out just my opinion. My super stock I ordered which will also be featured soon comes with Granite 18" rims to accomadate for the larger tire sidewalls on the drags still love the look. No matter what rims you select you tho this car is a super model you can't go wrong honestly. The devils rim orignally released on widebodys was also sharp in granite.
its so sad that they arent making these anymore. i have a scat pack which was my dream "daily driver" but always wanted a hellcat. sad that they couldnt have waited until later when i had a good career lined up and not in the middle of college and broke, so i would have the financial ability to purchase one. maybe they wont get too expensive from not being driven so i could possibly get one when i get enough money in the future. you older guys that have jobs at this time are lucky 🥲🥲😪
It is very sad manufacturers are forced to stop production of high powered low MPG production sports cars. The EPA is at fault unfortunately the penalties for manufacturers to continue building high powered gas cars exceeds profits by a long shot so every manufacturer has committed by the year 2024-2026 to convert completely to hybrid and low gas consumption or electric. Continue to grind hard and never stop dreaming you will make your dreams a reality.

The demon motor is the exact same as a red eye motor. Regular hellcat 2.4 l red eye 2.7 l.

lieutenant Dan, Market Pricing goes both ways and is caused by short supply high demand of anything. I'm sure you got top dollar for both your SRTs otherwise you wouldn't have sold them. The rarer a car is the higher your trade in value and future value will be. These cars will appreciate 300 400% of their value in the used market. A 2018 Demon with miles just sold at Barret Jackson for 220k. Was the Market Adjustment price that Demon buyer paid in 2018 fair in that deal or unfair? That Demon buyer definitely did not pay 220k Market adjustment plus tax tag and fees in 2018. The mustang dark horse is great I love all muscle cars but nothing as classic as a challenger or charger tank that has not attempted to shrink in size into a compact lightweight sports car.

That is completely FALSE I have to disagree with you. All cultures and races equally love chargers and challengers I've directed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram stores since 2015 and have sold these vehicles to a doctors, attorneys, business owners, celebrities and plenty of other well recognized proffessions. I myself as a director managing CJDR dealers since 2015 not only do I proudly drive a widebody charger hellcat as my weekend car I'm buying a 2nd weekend car a 2023 challenger redeye superstock and a durango SRT because I love these cars so much and the muscle car american heritage they represent. My successful career leading in the automotive industry brought me to the top 1% incomes in America years and years ago on par woth doctors and attorneys and I still prefer to drive my hellcat over other high end luxury brands. Dodge offers a completely different experience that is loved around the world and in America by all cultures.

Doesn't matter what wheels are on the car they're black and all look DULL to me...don't know why in gods name anyone ordering this gorgeous car wouldn't order the optional silver wheels to complement the gorgeous lines of this car why make it look like a taxi cab with the black wheels...I couldn't order silver wheels when I bought my Red Eye but as soon as I had the car home I took the black wheels off and had them glass beaded and painted bright silver and now the car pops like it should.
The silver warp wheels are really nice they do pop and come on the black ghost and king daytona with a wow factor they are just a different look. The black redeye rims are loved for their aggressive modern look I personally love them blacked out just my opinion. My super stock I ordered which will also be featured soon comes with Granite 18" rims to accomadate for the larger tire sidewalls on the drags still love the look. No matter what rims you select you tho this car is a super model you can't go wrong honestly. The devils rim orignally released on widebodys was also sharp in granite.
its so sad that they arent making these anymore. i have a scat pack which was my dream "daily driver" but always wanted a hellcat. sad that they couldnt have waited until later when i had a good career lined up and not in the middle of college and broke, so i would have the financial ability to purchase one. maybe they wont get too expensive from not being driven so i could possibly get one when i get enough money in the future. you older guys that have jobs at this time are lucky 🥲🥲😪
It is very sad manufacturers are forced to stop production of high powered low MPG production sports cars. The EPA is at fault unfortunately the penalties for manufacturers to continue building high powered gas cars exceeds profits by a long shot so every manufacturer has committed by the year 2024-2026 to convert completely to hybrid and low gas consumption or electric. Continue to grind hard and never stop dreaming you will make your dreams a reality.
