My Yamaha 1100 motorcycle I had the same battery for 12 yrs. I'm on my second battery and my bike is 19 yrs old. It's always stored inside with a battery tender on it. Buy a tender it will save your battery. Ps I live in northern Illinois. So yes it sits through the cold many months.
I lived in Superior, WI (Home of Amsoil) and actually hauled it for 8 years. Great stuff. Had a beer one night with Al Amatuzio the founder. Great man, fantastic story. I wish they'd update their website, as i don't see any listing for a UFORCE 1000. I do however doubt you'll find Amsoil cheaper than t6. Even at $8/ quart that's $32/gallon. T6 runs about $21/gal at Walmart. Mic drop. (Lmfao just kidding). I like your honesty on the Amsoils tho, because I too have had and had dealers where I deliver tell me certain types don't do what they should, which can be a little scary if you're not sure. Another trick i use is to use a different color grease than the stock so it proves it's been greased. Like kubota tractors painting their filters grey, they know if the filters were changed from stock. Good to know info on the air filter. I appreciate your time in your videos, I'll be subscribing and I'll be shooting more videos of my 2021 uforce 1000 as I learn and use it more, and will gladly give you a shout out in them. Take care
Yeah they dont have a listing for the uforce 1000 but any of their ATV oils will work. When i said cheaper i meant cheaper to change the oil the machine takes 3 quarts its like 24$ to buy a gal of t6 here its 26$ but your right you get 2 extra quarts for your money. You’re welcome buddy thank you for subscribing i hope you enjoy watching and definitely enjoy your machine.
My fleet mechanic buddy is also an ATV mechanic originally by trade and uses Rotella T6 15w40 in his Personal machines and the company wheelers. All Honda’s. It’s JASO MA 2 rated. I would buy amsoil over the rotella myself but if I was in a hurry and needed to change it I would use Valvoline or Rotella in both my Kingquads. I’m not sold on air filters that need to be oiled. Project farm UA-cam channel testing filters sold me on Paper over oiled.
Thanks for this video!! Most of my zert fittings are clocked where I can’t get my grease gun on them. Is there a torque spec if I need to tighten or loosen to clock them to gain access?? Sorry to be such a newbie.
Good job on the video, but I might disagree on the Amsoil gear lube. Pretty good stuff but typically I see automotive gear lube foam up when it gets water in it. We use Amsoil Marine Gear Lube in the boats and never have had any foaming up, but have using their automotive line. I'm brand new to my 2021 Zforce 800 and first fluid change out I'll try the Amsoil Marine Gear Lube. I've used all there products in my service trucks and in boats for well over 25 years now. And, I agree, very good products! Yes, API GL4, GL5
Give it a shot. I haven’t tried the marine stuff. But i have tried the other stuff and it just foams up. No water in my diffs we were riding all road at those times of testing. I switch to valvoline and haven’t had a single issue out of either machine. Ive been told by racers they had the same issue aswell. Maybe their marine formula is different im not sure. Let me know how it gos i am curious. Thank you for your comment and information.
@@R.N.GPerformance Thank you, I'll let you know. I'm going to go ahead and change it all out now with only 40 mins on the machine. I'm not sure what they use for lubricants in Wuhan, maybe bat urine so I'll break it all in with Amsoil.

@@R.N.GPerformance I saw there are kits made to add zerks but you have to drill into the A arms. Not sure if I want to do that. @@atcdan133 yeah you can buy the kits. Its easy to do honestly. Kawasaki uses good bushings so not a huge deal but still nice to have. My brute force is still stock zero issues so far. Thank you it sure is allot of work. But well worth it to be able to help others.
Thinking ima drain that rottela out. Can find 3 quarts of UTV oil around here in one freakin store unless I pay at dealer. I love the dealer but damn is high.
I just purchased a 2021 Cforce 800XC. It's shuts off at 5 bars on the temperature gauge and sometimes has issues at 3 and 4 bars. I remember one of your other videos and still searching saying the factory coolant is not good. Do you have recommendations on coolant? I was recommended engine ice. Wondering how it compares to Maxima Coolanol or anything else.
Your Information on rotella t6 is incorrect. It is wet clutch certified. Hi levels of zinc and phosphorus for a high shear. I've run it in all my equipment and atvs without any issues at all. Not bashing amsoil, nothing wrong with it but if your on a budget or amsoil is not readily available in the time frame you need it rotella t6 5 40 is very safe option.

Paper filters are fine until they get wet. Thats the only thing with them. And some paper filters arent the best same as oiled.

You can use this same oil but will need the limited slip additive to go with it.
How do you adjust the rear shocks, My 2017 800 rides great , my 2021 bucks like crazy
Buy elkas. Lol I’m sorry it’s the truth. Stock shocks suck. Hesters motorsports sells an amazing package.
