The only issue is that Minecraft skins aren't actionable in this manner, and because there's no actual mention of Phoenix anywhere there's nothing that he can do.
Mojang/Microsoft have the power to stop this, though but we know how that's gonna go.
A Minecraft skin isn't somebody's "image" especially when there's no mention to them. They dont own rights to Minecraft's assets, skins, or anything in that manner.

You're not wrong about how you remembered it. Willcraft created the original Monster School series and it was fun to watch and didn't have any of this weird stuff. The one in real life with CGI mobs from CCMegaproductions was also a good fun one I remember.

Mojang can't really force UA-cam to do anything for they are two completely different companies. Besides Mojang gets no money from UA-cam for it to be their problem, they could ask UA-cam to do something but UA-cam likely will not bother anyways for their system has been broken for years.
