Hi, Thanks for instructional Video ! A question please, I am just in thought of Servicing and fixing my own machines due to overheads becoming overwhelming, my Question is, where do I find out the right part and where to get it, and can I substitute parts ? Your thoughts please.

Forgot to mention that there are two nuts securing the capillary inside the tank, and you supposed to screw the large one first with add on of Teflon tape or pipe tread sealant , then you screw the small nut right in after you lift the compression farell up to create thigh seal . Other wise quite accurate .

Do you have to drain the fryer to replace the t-stat probe?

Make sure you never kink or bend the capillary tube if you do... the whole thing is garbage. Theres a gas inside of that tubing once you kink it that part is toast! Get a new one and start over. Always use tape or pipe dope. Take your time make sure not to cross thread. Heres how to make sure you never cross thread anything. Before screwing the nut on try spinning it like you are loosening it until you feel it click then start threading it the right way... you will never cross thread again!!!
