It's under 10 million and works with an Alpha. You need to spiral in get under the guns and shoot away. Use the rep'er as needed.
It needs a little practice but it is very cheap and Alpha friendly. The Talwar is bonused for explosive rockets but in Amarr space there's a gap in the CS EM resistance so see what you prefer.
Belt ratting is one of my favorite pastimes.

Cerberus max damage is the best imo. Good range, good dps, good tank… and if someone comes for you, you can fight!
