I, for one like your content. Yes, the negative 'thumb nail' titles can draw critiscim but I think it is part and parcel of the UA-cam world. Most use it at sometime or other. I think your travels are more representative than most and they are entertainting, down to earth but most of all you keep it real. Looking forward to the next vlog.
You guys are what we all want to achieve in life. To do what you are doing at this point in your life is awesome. So good to see people just smiling all the time. Look forward to more content.
Hey Derek, I noticed your Stone stomper drags on the road when travelling with your van. This may cause extra stones to flick up and potentially do more damage like your water pipes under your van. Anyhow keep up the great vids you keep a smile on our faces.😂😂😂
We love your videos and look forward to each week. We are missing your Wednesday night chats but ignore those negative comments we think you guys are awesome, authentic so keep going and dont change ! 😊 Thanks Kirsty
Another great video. But i think i would get rid of the water jerry's seeing the van has big tanks and replace with fuel jerry's when travelling remote. take care guy's
The universe is looking after you. It's amazing how things that you worry about all work out just fine. That camping spot next to the river was just beautiful. If you had nothing booked ahead would you have ever left there? Haha!!!
Probably wouldn't have left. Best camp on the Gibb as far as we are concerned. A top spot. Thanks for your support as always and hope you have a lovely week!
Thanks so much, amazingly there are plenty of dump sites for your toilet and WA caters well. Have to dig on the Gibb and the station managers will let you know where you can dispose of your loo!
@@shaunharris7881 - mate we are in same boat but occasionally have had blessing of elders and rangers to ‘pass through’ for a couple of nights. Depends where you are but the tourist spots are a no no with dogs…
It’s disappointing to see your channel consistently resorting to exaggeration in your vlog thumbnails for the sake of attracting more clicks. This approach has become not only predictable but also quite monotonous. It’s clear that your primary goal is clickbait rather than delivering genuine and engaging content. Such a strategy can ultimately be a turn-off for viewers who are seeking authenticity and substance in the content they consume. In the long run, prioritising sensationalism over quality can harm your credibility as a content creator.
Seriously??? Your opinion is rubbish. The thumbnails are not overly exaggerated nor click bait. Perhaps it’s your small brain which can’t interpret the story behind it.
Thanks for your feedback. We all really always open to it both positive or negative. The thumbnails are the bit that are annoying you but the content in the episode is authentic and 100% natural as it unfolds. Please let us know if there is anything else you would like to see included in the content that would improve your enjoyment of the episode

Thanks Paul, all situations we find ourselves in are 100% authentic. We do carry extra diesel but when we opened the jerry the diesel was too old. We also learn as we travel and don't always get things right, especially when it is our first experience of it but we learn from it.
It's free content, and we enjoy your adventures, just remember and accept you can't please everyone, great travelling
Thanks Russell that is lovely feedback and we appreciate the support! 😊

Thanks so much for the advice. Yes we believe it did cause more stones flicking up so you were spot on. Thanks and have a great week!

Can almost taste the steak through the TV. Looked superb 👍
Thanks Sean it was delicious. Always good when cooked over the fire. Hope you have a great week!
wow very interesting experience friend
Looks like you had a great time! Safe travels, see you next week x😃
Thanksnso mich, this was an awesome week of travel and we really enjoyed the camp on the river. Hope you are well and have a lovely week ahead!
Great series, I can't what explore WA. look forward to your next adventure.
Thanks Gavin, hope you enjoy WA as much as we did. Amazing state to travel!
You like like you are throughly enjoying the Gibb
We are very much so. It is an amazing trip. Very different to anything else we have experienced.

Derek buy yourself a siphoning jiggling hose under $20 and very little weight, I have two for H2O other for Diesel better than a funnel
Thanks so much Brian, we will definitely invest on one of those.
Enjoyed as usual 😀
Thanks so much, really appreciate your support and great to hear you are enjoying it.
Actually couldn’t believe your luck with the diesel from the rangers 🤣
Like winning the lottery! 😅
That camp looks fab! I do have a question: given there are no dump points along the Gibb, what do you do about toileting?
Thanks so much, amazingly there are plenty of dump sites for your toilet and WA caters well. Have to dig on the Gibb and the station managers will let you know where you can dispose of your loo!
Mate, that vehicle has 180lt tank , how can you use 90-95 litres in 212 Km? Impossible unless you have a fuel leak.
Am surprised you don’t carry jerry cans of fuel for both the car and boat with you
We do carry extra diesel but when we opened the jerry the diesel was too old. 😮 first time for everything when travelling.
What is your fuel economy towing on the highway
Silly question, what do you do with dump points, or the lack thereof?
It was a "tongue in cheek " remark, suggesting that it was a really cool place!
You have to dig on the Gibb! And ask station Managers and they direct you.
@@suelandolt6840 thankyou
Any reason why you didn’t go to Mitchel falls?
Dog!
@@tonyf7997 oh yes, National park.

Hi Shaun, yes no dogs allowed unfortunately 😔
Any reason why you didnt have spare fuel in the jerry cans on the back of the van? Hopefuly you are not creating drama headlines for clicks.
Thanks Shaun, we did have diesel but it was too old, so another learning curve for us.
Is the hambuger bun toasted
It was very lightly toasted.
You don't have syhone hose ...... ??
No but will be buying one 😊
Noice Trip... One day...
Thanks, yes fingers crossed!
ALMOST lol
Yup

Earlier vids were great 12 months ago but agree Derek is a bit over the top and roads and spots are heavily tourist areas …
