- Hii guys!!! This video is extremely special as we are making a recipe from my book "Eggless Baking With Shivesh"
I love a nice soft and moist Tres Leches cake and what better than it being eggless yet yummy.

Ingredients:
For the sponge:
1 cup all purpose flour
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup yogurt
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
3⁄4 cup castor sugar
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For milk mixture
1 cup milk, warm
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coffee powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
1⁄2 cup condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons Cocoa powder

Since cakes can be baked in microwave and in much lesser time, is there a particular reason why you and most bakers bake them in oven/OTG where it takes a lot of time??
Kya koi eggless gluten free recipe book mil sakti hai. Mere bachho ko gluten allergy hai.

You havenot told what "DRY MIX " consist of ... As earlier in ur Christmas plum cake dry mix you have used Baking soda in the "Dry mix" not the "Wet mix" so i am confused we need to put baking soda in both the mixed or just in "WET MIX" and the "Dry mix" will be same in plum cake 1and 1/4 cup maida + 1/4cup Coco powder+ 1 tb spoon baking powder + No baking soda(as using in wet mix) + Nutmeg + orange peel ? Do answer
