I feel like as a female my random thoughts aren’t that much different from what y’all talked about, but more along the lines of self preservation in a way like “what if that dude that walking behind me earlier had tried to grab me? What if someone tries to jump me in an elevator? What do I have on me I could use as a weapon? etc” and running through those different scenarios so I have an idea of what to do if it ever happens

Hitch, you should look into 3v3 tournaments. I did them all the time growing up, they even have an "adult division" and can even qualify as far as a National tournament held in Orlando FL.
