Cod: WWII is underrated in that it comes right smack in the middle of all of the advanced movement Futuristic stuff and then all of the modern SBMM stuff. I've been playing this game recently. I like the fact that weapon attachments don't make or break the performance of the gun. I could use a gun I just unlocked and do well whilst playing very casually, talking to people.

War mode was amazing. And the content system was the best I've seen.
I heard somewhere that WW2 is going to be a more polished Vangaurd and that is very accurate. The modes, variations in guns, and even the art style on some maps I doubt will even be beaten this year. I got on the game last week and had so much nostalgia. Not to mention, it was actually fun
maybe do a series where you say what goes through your head out loud when you're playing mp so we can learn what strategies people use for map control and other stuff and how to overall improve at the game?
I'd much rather them update the graphics on this cod and add the pacific theatre and more weapons to it instead of making vanguard. I'm really frustrated with myself for not playing this game more in it's prime.

My favorite feature that no one knew is that in zombies the SMG hes using was an automatic noob tube machine when packed and did so much crowd control, also is just one of the hardest thing to pull outta the box lol
This was the first CoD game where I got serious about the multiplayer. I don’t care about loot boxes and the historical inaccuracies on weapons don’t matter much to me, I just like the fast paced simple gameplay. Judging by the many people saying they still play it/will play it again, I might as well. As least maybe we can surpass 500 players online at once
Loved COD WWII. Did the grind to level 1000. Excited for Vanguard. This is my favorite COD game. I have not played it in a few months and just might have try it again with the updates I am hearing about.
Back after a five year hiatus. I am loving it and it seems even better than when I left it five years ago. I also love the lack of SBMM in WW2. After playing a lot of other, more recent FPS, the difference is very noticable. In spite of getting owned sometimes in some WW2 lobbies, I love that this game does not have that feature. The only thing I am disappointed in is that they do not give us more access to unlocking many of those Heroic items... like the M1 Garand Rookie II or Independent II, etc.
I replayed this game thoroughly and it honestly is gem in the rough. The multiplayer is kinda whacky, because of the loot boxes and events, but the campaign is a tear jerker with a some hush hush politics in it, but it’s good. The MP is entertaining and the story will rip you apart towards the end, especially if you’re in my situation.
Isn't the campaign a little too Private Ryan?? They played it really safe and clung to all the cliches in a war story under the sun which made it kinda forgettable, just like AW's campaign... I hope they do some crazy stuff with Vanguard's campaign though seeing as they have the luxury to go full fictional this time and not just D-day reiterations... Ofc I don't know your situation so maybe its closer to heart for you, if so more power to you...
I love this, it makes prestiging, grinding, leveling up, getting skins and miscs, etc harder but in some ways easier and more fair, less pay to have skins and stuff.
Loved the game after the Division Overhaul and bought all map packs. Showed that SHGames can definitely make a fun game! I really wish they kept the dolphin dive for Vanguard. It would make it more unique / different as well in terms of mechanics
People still be thinking this game sucks cuz they played at launch but after a few devs overhauled the game with updates it became a MASTERPIECE. Good lord this game slaps.

I really liked WW2, it had a poor launch and rough first few months. Although after the revamp this was probably te best COD we've had in a while gameplay wise. The maps were a bit underwhelming although I enjoyed a lot of them. Guns had great balance, and the TTK nearly perfect. Headquarters was a really cool idea and I hope it returns someday.
One of the better cod’s in the last several years! Not because it’s the best, but because when you compare it to any other recent cod, this one feels more like the originals that we all love

I am ok with going back to WWII setting, but I do not expect it to recapture the magic that was COD 2017. The division system after the overhaul was fantastic (an "innovation" that worked). War mode was amazing. And the content system was the best I've seen.
True, that was a great CoD.
Ace should make a video where he films his reaction to his old videos
Only OGs in War remember "A BOMB'S BEEN PLANTED IN OUR AMMO SUPPLY" and "B IS RETREATING. KEEP FIRING"
Did they ever patch the volume glitch? I turned the announcer off because of it and never turned it back on.
@@mymicks21 I believe they did but I haven't played WW2 in like a year and a half so I don't remember
I heard somewhere that WW2 is going to be a more polished Vangaurd and that is very accurate. The modes, variations in guns, and even the art style on some maps I doubt will even be beaten this year. I got on the game last week and had so much nostalgia. Not to mention, it was actually fun
That felt great to watch. Like the type of commentary that you do. Keeps it clean and entertaining.
I enjoyed my experience in cod ww2. Staying in lobbys to grudge match other teams or players was fun. They're version of war was good too.
This was the last cod I enjoyed playing, the run and gun smg style was so strong, hipfire was nutty in this game
Love the live commentary as I can't always get to your Twitch streams. More please.
maybe do a series where you say what goes through your head out loud when you're playing mp so we can learn what strategies people use for map control and other stuff and how to overall improve at the game?
Didn't know you at the time you were doing your commentaries. I missed out.
I liked this! I hope you'll keep doing more of these in the future!
Went back playing this last week and have been playing it more and more every day
How fun! I will have to re download this and play some this weekend.
Thankfully they had that divisions update. Literally a "game changer!"
That headshot sound!!!!!!
I'd much rather them update the graphics on this cod and add the pacific theatre and more weapons to it instead of making vanguard.
I'm really frustrated with myself for not playing this game more in it's prime.
This was one of my favorite cod games. Gives me so much memories
This was my favorite cod
Love the live commentary video's Ace! I wouldn't mind more of them! 😊
Infinite Warfare Throwback episode?
I remember XAce enjoyed that game in its life cycle, be interested in seeing what his thoughts are now we've had some games between IW and Now.
This is my favorite COD since like 2013 tbh.
This is my favorite cod game, I love going back to it for ninja defusing and knifing.
My favorite feature that no one knew is that in zombies the SMG hes using was an automatic noob tube machine when packed and did so much crowd control, also is just one of the hardest thing to pull outta the box lol
Ngl after looking at you play this and dominate makes me wants to go back to it
This was the first CoD game where I got serious about the multiplayer. I don’t care about loot boxes and the historical inaccuracies on weapons don’t matter much to me, I just like the fast paced simple gameplay. Judging by the many people saying they still play it/will play it again, I might as well. As least maybe we can surpass 500 players online at once
Nice to see a live commentary for a change.
Loved COD WWII. Did the grind to level 1000. Excited for Vanguard. This is my favorite COD game. I have not played it in a few months and just might have try it again with the updates I am hearing about.
Great game Ace, hope to see more WWII vids from time to time. It's my fav COD
More live comms Ace! Was so excited you hit that v2
Cod wwii will always hold a special place in my heart last cod I was able to play with my friend
I remember you were doing so many challenges back in BO4 , I missed those
Loved the game after the Division Overhaul and bought all map packs. Showed that SHGames can definitely make a fun game!
I really wish they kept the dolphin dive for Vanguard. It would make it more unique / different as well in terms of mechanics
I really like so much this game, so i still playing cod ww2 in 2021.
Literally the most underrated cod people think this game sucks
People still be thinking this game sucks cuz they played at launch but after a few devs overhauled the game with updates it became a MASTERPIECE. Good lord this game slaps.
Having taken 18 months away from gaming I'm coming back on this game tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it
Such a good game!!!! Well done Ace… WW2 is a great cod. Glad your good at cod again… 👍
After Black ops 1 I stopped playing COD but when this came out I HAD to play it, and I think I was on it every single fucking day. Loved everything about this game
Ace is such a genuine dude
I stopped playing COD after Black Ops 4 released so I never played WW2. Looks fun and you did a great job. I haven't seen a live commentary in awhile lol. That used to be the main thing on UA-cam for COD.
I've been playing this regularly since it came out. Fantastic multiplayer :)
It’s the last true cod gameplay experience imo. Every other cod seems like a chinese knock off.
Wtf does that even mean???
@@shankpain1354 new cods don’t feel like the old days anymore and WW2 was the last one with that feeling
@@inextrikable- agreed, the above statement still doesn’t make sense even under this context
I enjoy playing FFA on this game. G’s 👊🏼😎👍🏼
One of the better cod’s in the last several years! Not because it’s the best, but because when you compare it to any other recent cod, this one feels more like the originals that we all love
How Ace doesnt have over a million subs blows my mind.... dude makes solid content
Nice mate! 👍 God I miss them classic COD lobbys, a bit of team balancing, a touch of sbmm, and thats it.
It's so good right now! GUYS, play the "War" game mode! It's amazing!
I love the specialist, its my preferred method to kill/score steaks. Sometimes I wont use it and use some leathal kill/score streaks for fun but specialist will always have my heart
This was cool to watch. I'd like to watch you play more WWII and World at War for nostalgia
