Some talented folks but as you say the radio ain't got that old time spirit...My hope is this song gets plenty of air play on the radio and takes it up to number one. This song is a breath of fresh air darlin to the modern pop sound in New Country.

Honestly I think it really took a hard left when they let Kid Rock "Cowboy" & Big and Rich "Save A Horse" on country radio. While they certainly aren't the root it was a big inflection point. Then when they started "rapping" in the middle of country songs, it went down hill FAST. After about 2010 if it wasn't Brad Paisley, Toby Keith or Carrie Underwood, I pretty much lost interest in "modern country'
