I have more than 30 books now and "Atomic habit" is one of them. Reading has improved my English significantly. At first, reading books felt like an arduous task, but I made it a habit and can do it organically now! I just can't live without books now.

I read this book thanks to you guys when you talked about this in RLEA and I can say this book is necessary to read at least ones in life.
Thanks to this new methodology I was able to achieve so many things in my life. And I know the journey is large but one step at a time and enjoying the process.
    Thanks thiago ❤

I really love how this man has narrated the chapter!
My purpose is to set up the habit of reading but I'm so lazy, so since today I will start reading at least five pages of this book.

Thank you Thiago. I like habit-focused books such as 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People'. I had bought 'Atomic Habits' but hadn't read it. Well, your video on applying Clear's book to our aspiration of moving from A2 or B1 to B2 or C1 level was helpful.

"Every decision you make is a vote for the type of person you want to become." - James Clear, "Atomic Habits" (2018)
Clear connects our daily decisions with the formation of our long-term identity.
This quote and its explanation capture a key concept from James Clear's book "Atomic Habits". It emphasizes how our everyday choices, no matter how small, contribute to shaping who we are and who we will become. The metaphor of "voting" for our future self through our decisions is particularly powerful, as it illustrates how each choice either reinforces or changes our identity.

Now I'm used to spending time extensively with English....as a consequence....I kinda started to reclude myself from native speakers (core belief is that ... interacting with them can hinder the progress of my journey to be a holistically better English speaker)
Still... incapable of figuring out if this habit is good or bad...?
