@@Ms.A422 NY is a big state, I'm not familiar with most of it, sorry! Same with Richmond. It's about 2 hours from here. I am a DC area real estate agent. I can tell you about areas in DC but I don't know about how it is to live in other areas. You may want to check out channels about those places.
