I have been to Fukuoka twice, it's a lovely city. The tourist attractions are beautiful, foods are delicious, and people are friendly. I will definitely go there again.
Hi. I live in Fukuoka pref so your visit makes me so happy❤ Fukuoka is not a big city like Tokyo or Osaka, but it's lively and there are lots of amazing foods :D
Thanks for making a video on Fukuoka. I'm actually coming there this October for a Intern and probably a Job. And I was able to show the city I'm going to stay to my family, thanks to you. And my Granny said you have a beautiful nose..!
Thank your granny for me! That is a very rare compliment to receive so I appreciate it a lot 😄 I hope you really enjoy Fukuoka, it’s such a beautiful city! Best of luck for your internship 😊
Love the classic yellow hoodie Emma!! Also your videos are getting better and better. Proud of the work you put in and how far youve come and keep going! Jahnè ;)
OMGGG that oden at 7:38 looks amazing!! I also went to Fukuoka last year and it was so nice to recognize some places! The godzilla show at Canal City is impressive, last year they had this super dramatic "Time to say goodbye" fountain show hahaha. Thanks a lot for sharing :))
These videos get me excited about the prospect of living in Japan! I did my JET program interview last week... now I just wait 2 months for the good or bad news.
Yessss perfect place to go! Definitely try Yatai if you can 😄 I think that was definitely my favourite, also mentaiko quiche and Torimon at the airport!! Hope you have a great time 😊
There is this really cool ramen food court (ramen stadium) inside Canal City where they have tomato ramen! I can highly recommend you that! Have an awesome trip! I wish I could also go again hahaha ;))
Shiori getting stamps is adorable. I tried it once in a museum in Tokyo and can understand the draw to collect them all. Ended up having to fight my way through a mob of school children to get the last few.
7:11 one hypothesis I have, is these foundations aren't made with your normal cement, it's made with stampfmasse/ramming mass whatever t's called in english/ japanese. Now don't quote me on this, and if you really wanna know ask someone qualified, but we use the same system at my work and these ramming mix need minimal/no water at all. The particules are like industrial snowflakes which makes them more resistant mechanically aka earthquake. Water softhen them up which explains the dude in with the hose.
Too bad this trip to Fukuoka was scheduled when Micaela is in Mexico for her little sister's wedding. It would have been so nice to see Micaela and Emma together again. Especially in this city Micaela knows so well. Congratulations to all involved in creating this wonderful video!
I’m doing okay ❤️ feel awful I haven’t been able to make any streams lately! Hope to catch you in the next one! Hope you’re having a wonderful time in Oita! 💜💜
Emma has come sooo far from the early episodes in the tiny apartment, worrying about how to get by & what she was going to be able to do to make a go of it in Japan. :-)
What do you work as? :) I'm so into the idea of living in Japan and have been looking got ideas of careers outside of teaching, not that I'm opposed to teaching of course.
@@TokidokiTraveller It was my pleasure dear! I may not be able to make it to Fukuoka but I will be in Narita in March so hopefully I can find some awesome stuff there!
I did! Honestly it’s just a nice tasting fish, but I don’t really get the whole appeal of eating it. I’m very happy eating it when it’s for work or offered to me, but I would never buy it myself. I would take salmon or tuna over it any day 😅
Turn around! You got that from a 1990s song didn’t you? I used to listen to that music all the time, my mom would blast it in the car when we were on road trips moving from city to city. Good times thank you for unlocking that memory
My favourite vids are the one of you showing the new places of japan you go to
i liker her cooking videos better. chat and chill is my fav

3:57 I have that roar downloaded. I once startled myself when I forgot I had set it as my text notification😁😑
❤️
Fukuoka is a nice city. I spent one weekend doing the tourist things and now I really only go there for shopping and the airport. 😆
The airport is legit like my favourite airport in japan 😅
Hi Your videos are amazing.when can we expect your visit to India ,to make videos around the places here.
It's 1:26am in Australia........I should really be sleeping but procrastinating by watching your videos works too
What do you work as? :) I'm so into the idea of living in Japan and have been looking got ideas of careers outside of teaching, not that I'm opposed to teaching of course.

What is your job? I got totally addicted to your channel...
This vid is better than the TC one. Cause it was more 'real'.
I really like Godzilla too!
The eating channel ;-))
98% of this video is food😆😆
Did you try the fugu? If so, first you are braver than I am, and second, how did it taste?
I did! Honestly it’s just a nice tasting fish, but I don’t really get the whole appeal of eating it. I’m very happy eating it when it’s for work or offered to me, but I would never buy it myself. I would take salmon or tuna over it any day 😅
It's okay! You don't have say sorry for not saying goodnight in the middle of the vlog lol..be FREE!!

It's actually an 80's song called Total Eclipse Of The Heart by Bonnie Tyler. It's absolutely epic, such a great song!
Welcome to Fukuoka ヽ(*´∀`)ノ
Fukuoka - sounds fuckable...:-)
I got unsubbed somehow....UA-cam is doing some crazy stuff again.
