@@hazelpoppy2003 some people fast as just a dieting thing. Some doctors actually recommend it. I've tried it but its never been for me lol.
I have a more severe form or misophonia (it makes me very very angry when i hear people chewing, breathing, sniffing etc.) but for some reason ASMR is something that i can sit and listen to for hours. Especially ones by this creator. Watching ASMR also helps me process how i think when someone triggers my misophonia. Thank you for helping me work through this issue, whether you mean to or not. It helps me get through life without being impacted by people eating.
this is exactly why i try to watch these types of videos, as a sort of controlled exposure thing.

I ate honey combs before,and its soo good.For the ones who want to know how it tastes,Its normal honey but like honey gum.Your cant eat the skin,but you can chew it like gum and then take the skin out of your mouth when your done eating the honey.If you wanna make ASMR,honey combs are the first and best thing you need.Thank you for your time😁❤

hi, I’m here with misophonia. im trying to overcome my trigger noises little by little. chewing, tapping, slurping, sniffling, vacuuming, etc. eI’ve been watching a few seconds each day or closing my eyes and listening to it. it’s helped me a lot. i used to be suicidal because of it but I’m not as heavily affected anymore. hopefully I can get proper treatment soon though. thank you :)
