This embodies a strong sense of finality. I picture Guts and Casca sitting against a tree as they see their son and daughter playing with wooden swords. They smile at their children playing. The Brands no longer a mark upon their bodies. Finally knowing how it feels to live.
Funny you'd say that... because the song is about a dream-like deja vu experience, when you feel something/someone should be there even tho there's nothing, so you fear that when the song ends you'll forget all about this someone/something.
Same here! Berserk introduced me to one if not the best Japanese composer. Miura-Sensei and Hirasawa-Sensei's work go together like bread and butter. So Ethereal that's its hard not to experience again.

Me and the fans are longing for a ending like this, botb Guts and Casca deserve to be happy.

Oh my god this is amazing. I hear Guts theme in the chord structure😭
I hope you listened to this Miura in your final days. May you rest in power forever.

Hirasawa-san has so much amazing music just when I think I've heard it all I discover a new favorite.
The second and third images are perfect for Hirasawa's voice, which always sounds like a beam of clear light.

広島や長崎のことを連想させるとともに、とても幻想的で心に深く染み入る感じが素晴らしいですね。moon time / world cell などもそうですが、人間界を超えたというか、人間として生れ落ちる前に聞いていたかのような音楽に身をゆだねるのが、とても心地いいです。
