@@SueSonStray Personal usage is basically private usage of said thing without commercial purposes (being paid). If he was recording it just for himself, if that was the rule, he would be fine. But he was streaming it and making money off it. That is no longer personal use. If I'm not mistaken, in dubai, they are very strict and you need specific and special permits and permission to do such a thing. It's not like America where it can be very blurred. They are very cut to it
