Only after watching your video was I able to load TonePrints on my amp. Like others, I was trying to load prints for pedals instead of the bass amp. Never would have figured it out without your video. Thanks!

Me, I tried to send a toneprint to a pedal. Didn't work because one of the pedal's pots/knobs was closed. TC doesn't say this is important, but you do! Thanks.

It was the freakin gain on the amp, You can not imagine what I have been trough to get the Toneprints into my BH800. How can TC Electronics does not put some tips on the manual, unbelievable. Thanks so much, YOU should get paid by them!

Hi..great vid. Thank you. I have one that Ive been using with my Aguilar 750 .. I ran everything flat and beamed it for first time, yesterday. My question is, the light turned green and said it was a success. But after that, the light turned red again..does that mean it lost the print?
Yeah... used to work this way.. until they had to update the damn firmware. It’s not working anymore. Used it for years. I’m switching to a less gimmicky brand.
@@brentcmusic There is an Android app, I had a wee look. I have a small cabinet that is rated to 250 watts. I'm thinking of this head.. I currently run a small combo amp into this cabinet as an extension. Small head easier to carry...
Is there a certain place of the process that it isn't working for you? One thing that kept messing with me is that I accidentally was choosing the effects for pedals instead of bass effects for the heads.
Ok they used to have a setting wheee they would give you the tones for the bass amp only. They changed it and now it’s Just for the TC electronics pedals. So you can’t find any tones that work for bass amp. Also they never had delay or reverb the most important tones for bass in my opinion. Worthless and not even worth trying. Ware of time. They effects that they do have are compression, overdrive. And flange and that’s about it. The effects aren’t that good either. There is no tone print bass amps section anymore they deleted it .

Great help! I was about to give up. No luck loading using my P-Bass (split pickup). I tried using my J (solid bar) and voila, it worked great.

It was love at First sight with this amp. Tuner..clean tones..Easy to use, effects ..silent...well spent money

Hmmm that's a good question, I don't think I've ever had that happen but it has been a while. Sorry I know that's not much help.
best tip, turn the volume up ALL THE WAY on your phone !
Ya that one threw me at first. I even found that boosting the treble on the bass seemed to help too.
I can't find any Delay or Reverb effects that work with it.

I don't currently own the head anymore but I'm pretty sure that they had an Android version of their app too. Sorry I can't help more.
