Travelling to Central America in two weeks. Starting on Little Corn Island but planning on visiting multiple countries. I’ve watched all your videos on Central America and they are by far the most informative and well produced I’ve seen on UA-cam. Cheers!!

Best Travel Guides ever! Thank you for this, it helps a lot. And not just this video, but also the other ones. So much useful information and you did so much research. Amazing! Can't wait for the next videos, as I am currently travelling through Latin America. Cheers ❤
THANK YOU :D Comments like these give me so much motivation to keep going with this travel guide series! I appreciate you so very much! Enjoy your travels though Latin America! Who knows, maybe we'll bump into each other on the gringo trail!
Hola!!! Thank you for watching I am so glad it is helpful!!! I recommend going from Leon to Granada first, enjoy Granada and it's surroundings (Laguna de Apoyo & Masaya volcano), then Granada to Ometepe second. If you are short on time on your vacation, just take tourist shuttles, they are super cheap (+-15$ for a 4h journey)! If not, you can take public buses which are even cheaper and more adventurous. From Leon to Granada: 1 collectivo to Managua UCA terminal + 1 bus Granada. From Granada to Ometepe: 1 chicken bus to Rivas + 1 taxi to ferry port + 1 ferry to Ometepe. If you need more details about where the terminals are, the some blogs on google provide that information :)
You are making amazing video content. I just watched the video and your video quality is appreciable. I am so impressed by your content. I was analyzing your channel and noticed that you are struggling with video views and videos ranking. May I share some tips on how you can achieve your goals
Thank you so much!! Yes, you are right I am struggling with marketing my youtube channel. I am confident in my purpose and the value of my content, so I will not give up! Any advice would be appreciated :)
It is more remote so there are less tourist infrastructures in place to assure safety of the travellers. The north is known to have road-blockages for armed roberries and kidnappings. That being said, a friend of mine (solo female traveler) did venture a bit out east of the lake and she was ok. But she did tell me it was complicated to set up, she didn't feel safe and it was not worth the trouble. As I've said in the video, Nicaragua is the country where I felt the most unsafe as a solo female traveler, even by staying in the more touristic areas. According to my research and personal experience, I wouldn't recommend travelling to the eastern part. But definitely go to Nicaragua:)
I am Nicaraguan and there are no roadblocks anywhere in my country. This could have happened in the 90s after the disarmament of the army, as well as armed criminal gangs that could assault, kidnap and kill you, but now, from 2007 until now, Nicaragua is safer. After 2007, new roads were built to the southern Caribbean coast (Bluefields) and northern Caribbean coast (Puerto Cabezas) and you can travel by bus to those regions or by car. I am not going to deny that some men are vulgar and disrespectful and make vulgar remarks or flirt with women, but do not generalize. Check the statistics. In Nicaragua, there are no cases of sexual abuse against tourists, kidnappings or robberies like in other countries, nor are there drug cartels or hitmen like in Costa Rica or other Central American countries. The rest of your video is perfect. I congratulate you on your content!
Do not misinform people by saying that Nicaragua is dangerous because it is not. If you felt unsafe it is because of the bad information given in neighboring countries that cannot stand tourism.
You can walk alone at night and nobody does anything to you, compliments are normal in Nicaragua, what is not normal are vulgarities, but Nicaragua compared to Costa Rica, Honduras and other countries
Neighbors Nicaragua is safer, they don't rape you like in Costa Rica, nor do they assault you, we are very respectful and kind and we treat foreigners as if they were one of our own.
Hello Aquaman, I didn't say it is dangerous, except for the eastern part of the country, in the video I said that you should be completely fine in most touristic areas. However, I am speaking from experience, as a solo female traveler that has been to Nicaragua twice and that has travelled through all of Latin America. Even I was walking alone in broad daylight in Granada, every 5 minutes a motorbike or a car would pull up next to me and try to get me onboard. Or catcall, or stared. These things are not "compliments", they are insulting, they make women feel like prey. You probably would'nt understand the impact of these calls on us. Look, the realities are just different for women and men. Anyways, Nicaragua is an amazing country that I recommend visiting, but women should be warned that catcalling is a problem.
Gracias por visitar mi bello pais ❤🇳🇮🇳🇮

Make sure to hit Guatemala too! I've spent about 7 or 8 weeks there(2 visits) and still have so much to see next time. Nicaragua is this winter :)

because in the jungle there's a lot of things that can hurt you... less people less hospitals....
