Looks just great but wait for the 'DE-SCALE' problems to start. Our 'De-scale' light comes on every couple of weeks, have de-scaled in accordance with MR instructions but light staying on. Only a few months old and have even used special iron de-ionised water. Not very pleased with ours!
I bought one last week, and i already have those problems. Found this comment when looking for a solution. De-scale light does not turn off even after repeating the manual instructions for several times (7 tries). Also, now the iron does not produce any steam. Probably for safety reasons, since the de-scale light is on.

I have the same product but the blue refill light won't go out and there's a plastic float in the water container and it floats up ok probably to cover a sensor in the main unit to switch it off but light is constantly on even when full of water..anyone else have this problem?

Unimpressed with mine, had 13 months, although iron itself warms up, no steam at all.. had to descale literally on a weekly basis, not overused as only myself to iron for.
Hi Michelle, so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having. Please can I ask you to check to ensure that the auto shut off has not activated which can come on after 10 minutes of none of the function buttons being pressed and can be reset by pressing the ON/OFF button. Can you please ensure that the steam button is flashing to display that this is ready to use, ensuring that there is efficient water in the water tank and also making sure that the rubber gaskets (grey plastic nozzles) have not fell off. You can check this by removing the water tank and there should be two of them on there. If you try all of this and are still having the same issue, if within warranty, please contact our customer service team on 0344 871 0944 if within the UK and Northern Ireland and a member of our team can assist you further.
Same descaling problems, no matter how often you rinse, the light doesn't go off. Then water problems start and whole unit packed in. Poor experience...

Mine is the same, now the steam gone completely. Paid £20 for water that prevents rust. Pile of crap.

Rinsed with 1:10 vinegar and water which fixed it. Had to do it again since! 😠
Washed with vinegar and water still, water problems remains. Iron leaking can't use it anymore. What a shame
