- LSU Baseball and Texas Baseball played the third game of the 2024 Astros Foundation College Classic.
Covering sports in a unique way since 2018.

The best part of my work as a UA-camr is being able to provide coverage of sports that may not receive as much attention as they should to the large audience I have built over the years. Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other UA-camrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

All 3 LSU pitchers were fantastic. 10 of Holman's 12 Ks were on swinging strikes. Good stuff, GREAT command. Geaux Tigers!

@@AnthonyJ504 Holman has a 0.00 ERA and just shut out a top 15 team on the road. Hurd has a 11 ERA. Not saying Hurd won’t be a weekend starter but Holman is the ACE and it’s not even a debate
@@blakebonner1183 I understand all of that. I also understand we're less than 10 games into a long season. Remember how many things changed from opening day last year to year end? You could very well be right, however at this point NOTHING is written in stone.

We were sitting 2 rows up by the UT on deck circle. Those guys need help and deranging certain counts. They swung at a ton of sliders when they didn’t need to and didn’t put many fastballs in play. I bet the hack attack machine will be set up with sliders this week. Great game and fun to watch h.
If you had ever stood in a batters box, facing a good slider, you would know that about the time that ball breaks down you have a microsecond to lay off the pitch. Even the best of the pros have trouble laying off of it.
@@LifeUser I have. The guys who see it late and recognize its low couldn’t lay off of it especially with a 1-0 or 2-0 count. The pitcher was dealing no doubt. Fact still remains the best way to hit the breaking balls is to hit the fast balls. And UT couldn’t hit the fastballs to save their life.

The teal UT vols will take care of LSU this year. In Omaha the damn home plate umpire gave skeens strike out calls on pitches that missed easily 1 Inch off the plate or above the batters letters. Skeens did not need the umpires help.
