FOREST FANS WERE UNREAL
Like and subscribe for more 👍
They was in our end aswell but fair play to their fans that was actually in their end.
@@htafcthunderball7726 should of given us more tickets than we would not have to be in ur end at all could not even sell all your tickets lmao
@@htafcthunderball7726 Huddersfield should have sold out🤣
Cutting onions here, even two years later
Some of the best fans iv ever witnessed
Bro 🤦🏾♂️
1/10 rage bait
Leicester fan here but have to admit every time I hear this song gives me goosebumps
Could hear it through the TV
I was just walking up the steps into the seated area of the stadium just as it started. One of many unbelievable moments on the best day of my life. You reds!!!!
Great supporters and amazing noise . Made it a great atmosphere but sadly our fans were fast asleep
Good luck next season mate get top 2 and join us in the top league because we’re not coming down 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️
Jesus at city ground
Still makes me cry watching this and belting out MOK ❤ one of the best days of my life with the best friends
I genuinely got tearful
you were not alone mate
I cried like a baby
I used to laugh at grown men crying over football. I was there, I'm 27, and I shedded tears when that final whistle went. I get teary as I'm writing this. This means so much to Nottingham
I did too and I'm from the US. I love that song!
Forest thoroughly deserved this, right from the top to the bottom every person has done terrific and done our city proud!
Whenever our fans sing Mull of Kintyre I always look forward to it. I was at home and listening to Radio Nottingham with our lead commentator the legendary Colin Fray who has done the job for 30 years through the highs and deepest lows. It was his first time commentating at Wembley, normally he has just 1 co-commentator but this time he had two. Both Forest legends, former Goalkeeper Steve Sutton and former midfielder Steve Hodge.
Officially there were 36,475 Forest fans there(though there may have been more). When it began and you were lucky to witness it, Matt. Colin and the 2 steve's listened and afterwards said that it was one of the most emotional and spine-tingling moments they have ever witnessed, Steve Hodge could only say wow, wow, wow. I am so proud of my fellow fans as it hit me as it resonated through the radio.
i was listening to radio Nottingham also, i'm 53 years old and had a tear in my eye, it was spine tingling. YOU REDDDSSSS
@@nottmsteve i never thought we’d do this in my lifetime. Im 28 and im still in dreamland. YOU REDS
I'm disabled and can't make it to the ground any more, but I made it to my local to watch todays game and I do not feel ashamed to say that I cried at the final whistle . We've stayed up! Premier League again!!!! Next season I will try my hardest to make it to a game if only to sing Mull of Kintyre again. COYR
I was in the away end. Imagine how that felt 😂
CITY GROOOUND
Sent shivers down my spine
What a marvellous weekend it was ! Forest ascends and Real take the hardware home...
and Rams relegated!!!
@@edesiojunior6210 Who?!!!
Quality forest! From a stoke fan.
United fan but love this when I hear it , fantastic fans 👏
I get goose bumps everytime the song comes on
Been the best fans in the Championship by a country mile, the atmosphere at the City ground makes the hairs on your arms stand up.
Although i'll be following Forest in the Premiership i'll still be tuning in to catch up on the Championship, been a great season so put your feet up for a bit Matt.
Now then Mr Marinakis, time to get your checkbook out..........
The City Ground is definitely up there as one of the most atmospheric grounds in the championship but to say you have "the best fans in the championship by a country mile" is a bit of an overstatement. Bramall Lane when in full voice is louder.
Congrats on reaching the prem anyway.
@@ScottBlade1889 Have you been to the Lane this season? Other than the odd few games such as Fulham and Forest in the play offs it's been quieter than a morgue. South Stand and John Street don't join in leaving just the back of the Kop singing so it doesn't get going. Whereas at the City Ground I was in the home end for both matches, and especially in the play off up until we scored and then towards the end just before extra time it was deafening in the Forest end. Now I can't possibly comment on whether that's the norm as I don't watch much Forest, but still.
@@S050683 I agree that it's been a bit flat for the most part but that's kind of understandable given how frustrating it's been watching this team the last 24 months. This is why i said "when in full voice" meaning when we're at our best. Forest meanwhile have been on a roll since Cooper took charge and with their fans having been starved of top flight football for over 2 decades it's hardly surprising that they've been up for it.
@@ScottBlade1889 While apl that's true, we've been on a roll since Hecky came in but it was still quiet for the most part. Bristol away at some points there was literally me and 1 or two others singing. At the Lane there's someone at the back of G who when we sing "everywhere we go.." kept adding not at the Lane and many people saying to get behind the team. The other trouble from what I've seen is that a lot of the lads are busy on snapchat and instagram and/or chatting to girls/their mates. And that on top of the other stands not singing at all adds together to create a dull atmosphere. But definitely agree we can be loud, just a shame it doesn't happen as much as it should. Love the Lane when it's rocking.
@@S050683 We had a good run initially when Heckingbottom took charge but it was still frustrating to watch at times imo. Every time we put in a big performance like Fulham away or Boro at home we never managed to followed it up. When the team are up for it the fans generally react in a positive way and that's what's been happening with Forest since Cooper took charge. Rival fans were saying the exact same thing about us when we were on the up under Wilder. Hopefully with a full season under Hecky we can make a proper go of it now and get the lane rocking again like it was pre lockdown.
formidable. Premiership Club but Champion's League fans.
Nottingham Forest are Magic come on you Reds Nottingham Forest are Magic Love Life my freinds
Great video to come back and visit 👏
I was there top left behind the corner flag 3rd row from back, absolute class day
I am forest fan city ground all mist rolling in from the trent by desire is always to be oh city ground
I can see you attending a few games at tge CG next season 😏😏 been an amazing journey but god im feeling it today lol
I've not got my voice back properly yet 🌳
Same !
And I bet you've both lost them again after this weekend!
Cant belive ,Huddersfield said they had more fans ?? Lol ,even when they had left the forest fans who had tickets in their end was left , lots of them
Why is the Forest end packed and Huddersfield end half empty?
Huddersfield brought as many fans as they could, finding themselves geographically right in the middle of a footballing hotbed, whereas we Forest fans have little competition close to us. But it would have made more sense if Wembley had realised that and made available more tickets to Forest fans, many of whom were disappointed that they could not get a ticket
@@learningPolish Nottingham has 3 professional football clubs and has 3 more within a 30 minute drive of the CG??
@@MotownShaker yh whats he talking about
I love British Football,in particolary The Forest ,!! I,m SSLazio MCM fan ! Sorry for my terrible English ❤love Uk ,Music , Soccer😂😂😂,Football ,and all UK history !!
I think forest are going to stay up
👍👍👍👍👃👃👃👃
Best club on earth 🐐you don't realise how fucking massive.our club is until you see them take up more than half of bloody Wembley 😂
Come on you reds👊👊👊👊👊👊
Paul McCartney just became a $1.00 richer. 😂 Honestly though I love the song and was disappointed it didn't do well here in the States. I did find it bizarre that a Scottish waltz was being used in a English football game the first I saw it! A Nottingham fan explained why the song was used. Good luck in all your games Nottingham! ❤
Love it
I was in the forest end as a supporter by far we have the best atmosphere behind Newcastle because they’re always good but forest are better
that was loud
I was there
God created the earth in 6 days, and on the seventh day, he created Nottingham Forest and then had a rest in the afternoon...COYR!
We ont see this on his channel i like short videos
That what 20 years in hiding does for ya!
Why they sing this song?
Un real ⭐COYR⭐
One of the best days of my life in the Forest end with my girlfriend. You Redsss 🔴⚪🌲⚽️
Couldn’t even sing it in sync. 🙄
Do you understand how sound works?
Why have they adopted this song, seeing there are 470 odd miles between the 2 places
Goes right back to the 70s. Was No 1 for weeks back in 77/78 when Forest won the League. Some of the players say it started with the players singing it in a bar!
the correct song was /is to the same tune if you look at the back of the forest fans you will see it
Far have I traveled and much have I seen
goodison ,anfield the places I have been
old Trafford Maine road they still hear the sound of the boys in the red from the old city ground
and then the next verse. you hear
oh city ground etc
It started when this was number one in the charts in the 1970’s Forest were one nill flown to Liverpool. Then the mist from the Trent rolled in and Forest equalised we’ve sung it ever since
NUFC UP THE TOON 🤍🖤
I bloody love everything about my club. Just unreal.
Im a hibs fan but wow what a noise good luck for next season

Supporters from Malta enjoyed the youngsters feel that what we felt in the 80s COME ON YOU REDS
and that is the truth ,nice for the "forest old lads" of which I'm one but for those younger it's their time now
We have been there got the tee shirt , European champions (twice)champions of division 1 (old school) league cups, super cups .F or 23 years they and we have put up with utter dross at times ,now it's their turn of course we will still be around ,from generation to the next ,we are FTID😊😊
YOOUUUU REDDDS
Little do you know Jon Moss was singing this in the tunnel
Hahahahaha 😂😂
Can see Huddesfield in a relegation scrap next season
@@GeorgeAusters If I’m honest it depends on who stays and who goes I think if Carlos stays we will be fine as even if players like O’Brien leave we now have a owner who is willing to splash the cash and who wants another top 6 finish
Red forest kit under his shirt as robbed Huddersfiels of victory. Glad to see back of him
@@dpshtfc764 he didn't Rob you of victory, agreed a penalty, but who's to say you would of scored and if you did who's to say we wouldn't have scored again
