Ok, I just got this microphone and honestly completely new to any kind of mixing software. I wanted to start setting this up to possibly stream . Forgive me for asking a dumb question. When I set the Windows settings to Wave link voice chat for output and mic in for input, I no longer hear Discord voice in my own headphones. Did I miss a step here? IF you have time , please help a bgeinner.
So I'm not sure why I'm having this issue cause I'm sure it's worked for me before but, I can't get WaveLink to recognize my voicechat? Inputs and outputs on Win sound mixer, the software, and Discord match up to how you showed. Nothing. I even did it with two diff mic set ups because I usually don't route my mic through on a normal basis. Nothing. Doesn't need an update so.....any idea?
When I "share screen" on discord nobody can hear my game. Game is set to Wave Link Game Is there a way to get this going so that audio comes through only when they load up the "live" and not to everyone in the chat?
when you’re at the selection for the application of what you want to share, share the application of the game only. Not your whole screen or anything else, just the game
Woooo, your not wrong. Couple of quick questions , first time discord user. So I have my obs ok stream ok Wavelink ok. What I want…. My party chat on my ps5 to be heard by me, and by the stream. This is the bit I’m getting a bit lost on. Would love some help if it’s possible. What I think I have to do… Add discord channel to wavelink Create a chat room in discord. Start game on ps5, get everyone in game chat. Get them to join my chat room in discord. So what I’m not getting, how or what settings are needed for me and stream to hear everyone. And also How easy to control my end ? Sorry if this sounds confusing, lol it is, drives me mad my audio in obs, been streaming 4years, and yet still I get echo, and robot noise requiring restart., nightmare tbh. The audio problems I get, have been the biggest thing that has nearly made me quit streaming. So again, any help greatly appreciated.
